We wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday and she wanted Indian so we fell upon this place and everything we had was amazing! starting with the service which was excellent, the spiced lamb buns were to die for, chicken lollipops delish! The shrimp Malai was awesome and they even threw in a complemintary dessert for her bday. desserts are not on the menu but you can ask for it.Must experience for yourself.

Total amazement of how delicious the fare these fine individuals are putting out. We were looking for options in the Sunset Place area during the late afternoon hours of the 4th. Many of our regular go-to options were closed early. We drove by Charcoal and saw it was open, so figured why not. We love Indian cuisine, and we certainly had hoped it was going to be at least good, but my goodness, they knocked it out the park! Chef put out some very unique and mouth-watering dishes. The Black Dal was fire!!! The chili garlic naan also ridiculous. Vegetable dishes, samosas, Everything. Just so blown away by how well they did overall. Service was excellent. The young lady that helped me was a gem. Super attentive and offered great suggestions and information about the menu. We will see you very soon Charcoal! Appreciate your presence here

The food is amazing. Home made taste. We eat Indian food regularly and have a lot of Indian food experiences. This place is a keeper. The food arrived hot. The flavors unique and interesting. Highly recommend it.

I didn't have a good experience, not enough people attending and they were dressed very unprofessional one even had a baseball cap. We waited more than one hour for our food and the restaurant wasn't even full, not even half full. The food didn't impress me either, we asked for medium spicy, it wasn't even mild, not spicy at all. I would not recommend this place

The food was not at all good. The samosa chat was stale. The chicken curry quantity was literally 3 spoons and it was not good at all. The naans were too thick and not properly cooked. They even charged $4 for raw onions, which was pathetic. They are over priced for a very (sorry to say) bad tasting food and service. Avoid this place!
