A few days ago I ordered an egg and cheese breakfast wrap. I asked for it to be heated. This is the first time that I have ordered breakfast. All of my other visits have been lunch and I have been very happy with lunch. However, this egg & cheese was the worst. The egg was barely present. The piece was so small and then the cold cheese on top. It was literally all wrap and no contents. I took two bites and tossed it out.

Folks , Do yourself a favor and try this place. My first time coming to this Sub shop and it did not disappoint , the menu options (classics / house / build your own) are first class. I ordered the Italian Sub and the quality of meat/bread/toppings were top-grade , along with the house dressing it was Perfect ! . Now for the cherry on top , the service ! Vanessa made my sandwich and explained the menu while giving me recommendations , You could tell she took pride in her job and that was very refreshing to see in these times. Vanessa answered my 396 questions I had about the menu and their meats/cheese's, she did it with patience and a smile while also signing me up for the rewards program. I wished all companies provided customer service like Vanessa presented, what a true asset she is to Gateway Subs. Oh yea, I demolished that sandwich in no-time flat and now planning my return ...Thanks again Vanessa . see ya next round !

Tried to enjoy our breakfast sandwiches inside, should have taken them to go, then we wouldn't have had to listen to employees loudly using profanities regarding deliveries and bad management the duration of our meal.

The roast beef is delicious, tuna salad is mid. They didn’t warm up the bacon on my sandwhich so it was cold and floppy

Not really sure what the hype is about. I ordered a ham, turkey with Swiss sub and lettuce and mayo. Not a bad sub just a plain tasting one. 5gey do cut their meat fresh for each sandwich but nothing special.. The Swiss cheese was in triangles just like Subway which I thought was interesting. I think Williams Subs on Tyrone is a more solid choice.

This place was amazing. When I came here I had no expectation about it, never heard about them but I have them a shot and boy was I glad. Everything was fresh. I was very impressed. Spicy Italian is the way to go!!!?

Love the new vibe these past couple of months. I'm so happy with not only my cool ranch rider but the service and vibe when you walk in. Shout out to Lucky she rocks and makes the entire ordering experience fun!!!

I’ve been coming to Gateway Subs for a while now, and Savannah, Olivia, and Kevin are amazing! They’re always super attentive, friendly, and make sure everything is just right every time I stop in. The food is always fresh and the service is excellent. Definitely my go to spot for a great sub and great people!

Gateway Subs is absolutely top-notch! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The service is friendly, fast, and professional every time I visit. Savannah and Olivia are amazing and always take care of me when I come in for my lunch break! They go above and beyond every time! The restaurant is spotless and well-kept, showing how much pride they take in their business. You can tell the management truly cares about both their customers and staff. Easily one of the best sandwich spots around — highly recommend!
