Gateway Subs

By far the best subs in town! Not your typical ham and cheese sub shop. The subs they make are booming with flavor and variety. Cool Ranch Ryder, and their October special (Witch hunt?) are amazing! I wish they had a Tyrone location buttttt then again I’d probably be there multiple times a week if they were that close to me. The staff are always so friendly, fast and efficient, and accommodating. Kenwood location is our favorite one but I’m sure they’re all amazing.

This place is by far the best sub shop I have ever been to. The chicken bacon rance style sub they made for me was to die for!

First visit. Friendly greeting by two smiling faces. Ordered spicy Italian and took all recommendations for fixing it up and it was fantastic.

I've been in Florida for 14 years, hoping to find a good sandwich shop. Gateway is the hidden gem I've been looking for! Their unique sandwiches were incredible!! I love that they toast their rolls and shred their lettuce. The crushed up chips on the sandwich brought back that nostalgic feeling when I was a kid, having my picnic lunch by the lake. I'll return again and again!!! I can't recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and try it!

Great environment, owners are so fun. Food is great 1000% recommend going to try there subs. Put a location in the Clearwater and Palm harbor locations.

I’ve been coming here since they open this location in South Pasadena the food was wonderful from day one to now I have nothing but the best experience every time I come in some of my favorites are there breakfast sandwiches the famous and for lunch I love that funny you should ask !!!

These subs are fantastic here and very friendly staff. They have a couple of tables to eat outside, but it was so hot that we ate inside. Quick service and you get to choose exactly how you want your sandwich. So good! We come when we can.

I drove by looking for a quick bite to eat before work and amazingly I stumbled upon one of the best if not the best sub shop I ever ate at. The spicy Italian was delicious and the customer service provided by Grant was second to none. Do yourself a favor and stop by ? Thanks Gateway Subs ?

Good sandwiches but would NOT recommend for catering or large orders.

I order catering about 2-3 times per week and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I called on Friday 10:30 am to place a pick up order for 20 people on the following Monday for 11:30. When I was on my way to pick up I called to reconfirm my order and the employee had no idea what I was talking about until they found a piece of paper with the order that had not been entered into the computer. They said they would get started on it right away but it would be late. Annoying, but mistakes happen I thought. When they told me my order was ready 30 minutes after original pick up time they handed me the small sandwich tray and small salad that would feed about 5 people. I was shocked and so frustrated, I left to bring what little food I had to my office. I called them back and asked if they could please make me another sandwich tray and I’d come back to pick it up, the worker told me “they were very busy and that it would be awhile.” I was angry at her response and mistake and asked them to “please make this right and rush my order” when I arrived to pick up the manager accused me of asking for a free sandwich tray (which I absolutely did not do). Overall was a catering nightmare and was disappointed by the customer service.
