Papa Johns Pizza

We picked up our pizza. The employee was able to handle multiple things going on at the same time. The pizza was delicious and it was made according to our order.
We use papa dough to help with the costs.
There is plenty of parking.

Order was delivered an hour late. No where online did it mention, or I missed it, that delivery was through door dash. If I knew that I wouldn't have ordered.

Why am I paying a delivery fee if you're not the one delivering it? After driving cross country I just wanted a hot pizza, Papa John's should disclose their method of delivery before consumers get stuck with shoddy service. Watched as the driver was one stop away stopping in various neighborhoods until finally it was truly one stop. Pathetic

Unfortunately, this experience with Papa John’s was disappointing. We ordered the cookie pie, which we were really looking forward to, but it arrived completely burnt and inedible. The edges were hard, the center was overcooked, and it just wasn’t enjoyable at all. It’s frustrating when something that’s usually a favorite treat turns out like this. I understand mistakes can happen, but better quality control before sending out orders would make a big difference. Hopefully next time the desserts are checked before delivery, because this one definitely missed the mark.

Put the wrong ingredients on it, ordered stuffed crust (didn't receive that), and it was undercooked and insanely saucy. Worst papa John's pizza I've ever had.

Tyler and the team are fabulous!! I've always had great service there and never a bad meal! Way to go Team Tyler!!

Carryout this trip, Papa Johns pizza is pretty good for a national chain, the pizza was ready when they said it would be, hot and just as ordered. Only reason low on the atmosphere score is that it's a carryout store.

Delivery driver left the wrong order. When requesting some compensation the manager hung up on me. Poor customer service and a restaurant I will not buy from again.

Awful! Rude, classless employees. This used to be a great place but the current staff is trashy and the pizza is no longer good. Management should clean house.

The managers here are great and know what they are doing, the store manager Tyler does a great job keeping the store stocked, clean, and ready for whatever comes. The delivery drivers are fast, reliable, and respectful. Every order I’ve gotten has been made to the best. The pizzas always look amazing. When I go in and do carry out I’m always greeted with smiles, my order is taken and done in a great time, and I over all love this Papa John’s!

My pizzas were cooked perfect, I those picky kids! Great manager and clean store!

We ordered pizza at 10:26pm and it arrived at 12:15am after 3 calls. It was cold and the delivery drivers didn’t care … worst experience!!!!

If I could give them a MINUS star, I would! My pizza was supposed to be delivered at 8:18 pm. I was tracking it on my computer and suddenly, the time changed to 9:20 PM. I called and asked why my pizza was so late. They said that they were very busy, and their attitude was horrible. They just did not care! She said that they send their drivers home after 8:30 PM. I asked her why she did not send my pizza with one of her drivers since it was promised to be delivered before 8:30 PM. Once again, a no-care attitude. She said a door dash person was on the way and it should only be about 20 minutes instead of the hour that I was told it would be. I waited a half-hour and no pizza! I called again and wanted to talk to the manager. The manager sounded like a young kid that could not even talk. Most of the time all my questions were answered in silence. I had to drag any answers out of him. I asked why they didn’t tell me at the beginning that they were busy and running late instead of lying to me? No answer. Now they are telling me that I must wait even longer! So, a pizza that I ordered at 7:30 PM was supposedly going to be delivered by 10 PM. And the pizza that they were going to send me was the one that was done 2 hours ago and sitting under the heat lights. I worked hard all day since 6 AM and I needed a break from cooking and wanted to relax and have an early dinner. Instead, I was in the kitchen at 10PM still making dinner. NEVER go to this place! They just don't care!

I experience great customer service and the employees had a positive attitude in a very business environment . The food was great. I recommend this Papa John’s to anyone visiting the St. Pete Beach area and Pasadena. Florida stand up.💯
