The absolute worst Papa John's Pizza I have ever had almost the worst pizza i've ever had ever ever. Completely dissatisfied in borderline pissed.

I ordered a delivery order Feb 24, 2024, and the driver called me to tell me they left our order on our front porch. Immediately went out to check and no food was delivered. I had the driver describe my house and she described a totally wrong house. The driver said to call the store for a refund.Upon calling the store, the manager claimed the driver said she could not make the delivery and still had the pizza. I asked for a refund as this is ridiculous, and the manager became incredibly rude then hung up on me.This is entirely unacceptable conduct for a business, especially from the manager! I would give zero stars if that was an option!!!

Service, great. Atmosphere, like any other “to go” pizza place. Food… man this is super opinionated, as someone that has grown up in and around Chicago, Papa John’s there doesn’t compare to Papa John’s here. I’ve also worked for one in Chicago, the crust there to the crust here is a huge difference, soggy here, yet crispy and sturdy there. Maybe it’s because the standards for pizza here in Florida are different than that of Chicago, but that’s not what I’d expect from a name brand pizza place.

I ordered 15 extra large pizzas for a civic event in our neighborhood. Everybody raved about the pizza, They had lots of flavor. It was an easy process ordering them online, and they arrived hot.

I ordered a pizza and they gave us the wrong one. That's fine it happens. However we We called to let them know the person on the phone was very rude. He acted like he was mad at us. He ubruptly hung up the phone. He didn't even apologize. I'm very unhappy. I never give bad reviews. I work in customer service. This is not how you handle this. ?

Received a papadilla today with minimal meat on it. Was supposed to be a steak and cheese. No steak but a piece or 2.
Papa John’s is a scams company. I order online and they ask to use my location and they do a different location online .and I get penalize it’s ridiculous . The manger said nothing we can do.they missed up. Horrible manager at this location . When iI order online and the online pick my location .and sent it to another location.cause the online ordering was messed up. My true address was less than 10 minutes away and the manager said oh nothing we can do.

The food is always good but they are terrible at sending additional sauces that you PAY for We have had so many extra sauces not sent that it would amount to 2 pizzas worth of dollars over the last 3 months. It’s ridiculous. And the staff is defensive and dismissive when you call to let them know. Really not happy about this. Maybe this is how Papa Johns really makes their money. That and the exorbitant delivery charge.

I am very shocked that they work without gloves, and the problem is that the same person who holds the money is the same person who rubs his head or his nose and kneads the dough without gloves, frowning, not welcoming or smiling. Strange this branch
