The manager Adam was excellent In resolving an online ordering issue and super friendly and staff was great food excellent all excellent 10++ stars !! Small little location great service wish all Pizza Hut were like this one !!

Have eaten at this Pizza Hut for years and they have gone ALL the way downhill. The last straw was during our last purchase.

We ordered a large Stuffed Crust pizza with 16 wings and a 2 liter. Asked for the pizza to be well done. The order arrives without the wings. We call the store and they say that they’re sorry the driver forgot them, if you want them you will have to come pick them up. I thought that was a bit ridiculous since we paid several extra fees for delivery. We agreed to pick them up. But wait there’s more!

When checking the pizza I noticed that the pizza wasn’t Stuffed Crust. Also it was UNDERCOOKED!! Not even overly picky with this well done preference but normally request it so it’s not doughy. I call the store again and they say “oh sorry we meant to call you but we ran out”. At this point we were already heading there. We go in to pick up our cold wings so we can go back home to eat our cold mistake pizza and request a refund.

They tell us that the manager isn’t in but they will write down “refund” on the ticket and that’s it. We’re satisfied with this because even though it’s cold and not what we ordered if there’s no charge for all of the mistakes and inconveniences then whatever right?

WRONG!! We never get a refund. We call back on two separate occasions to get the refund processed. Most recently they say the manager will call us to get the refund finalized. Weeks later still no call or refund. You guys dropped the ball and refuse to make it right. As far as chain pizzas go, avoid this one! A fish stinks from the head down! The leadership here needs an overhaul.

I believe it was Adam that helped me. The level of customer service and overall attention to detail was beyond what I have seen at some higher level restaurants I've went to. People make chains special, and he went above and beyond. Great location

Extra pepperoni is a better deal than double pepperoni.

Had to go there for work to hang a dry erase board the people who were working were nice and answered all questions

Ordered lunch as delivery. Took longer than time posted, did not rcv all the order. Went there in the evening, the staff a young lady was rude. Toss the food on the counter with a, here you go and walked away!!!!
