Hadn't ordered from PH for a long time when they changed to that doughy crust. Now they have me back since they are using the buttery crust in the pan again! I only gave 4☆ because I had to call when I got close to the location. I couldn't find it. I was around the corner, but this PH is tucked away. They need to put a large PH red store sign showing the entrance. Everything else was 5☆. I won't be returning to this location, I'll stick to the one on 66th St.
Second time from this particular store the pizza was actually very bad like eating plain dough when asked for extra cheese barely had what you would normally have toppings very skimpy

They cancelled the order i placed but proceeded to send no message or real time update. I was waiting for a good 30 minutes and absolutely nothing. Communication goes very far.

Order from the location 2 minutes from my house. Why is the driver driving 45 min away with my pizza getting cold in his car? Told 30 min and waiting 2 hours and being able to see that he's got my pizza for 1 hr of that is ridiculous. Not the first time this has happened. Get rid of door dash and get some drivers. I'm done.

I ordered a pizza and wondered why it was late only to get a call after delivery time that they don’t have a driver .What a joke !!! Maybe you should call right when you receive the order not an hour later .
Customer service on calling for delivery was terrible, and the woman on the other side was rude, hung up on me when I tried to get her to slow down, to understand my order. The number I called was 727-381-5500! I have ordered from this Pizza Hut for many years without this kind of rude non caring attitude from the business. I do not know if I will order from them again! Very sad!!! When I said "Christ, will you please allow me a moment to ask a question, and to please slow down" she told me I was cursing at her and hung up. I am 75, was not cussing, and would not allow this GIRL to work at my business, plus she was hard to understand (accent), and would not give me her name, My order was $76.00, and the man that answered was fine. Is this a service you use? If so it is costing you business. Please Help.

Good took over a hour for delivery. Wing's/pizza were cold. I threw away the pizza and had to warm up the wings I. The microwave. $15in the garbage. They really need to improve ?
