Nobody showed up to work today! 9:45am on a Saturday. Had an online order that I paid almost $20 for. All the lights are off and nobody is at this location.
I get coffee here at least 3x’s a week so I hate to leave a bad review as things do happen.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location this week and both times have been awful. Today my drink was just completely wrong. The girl at the window was very rude and didn’t even open the window til she shoved my food and drink at me. I’ve gone to numerous different Scooters, including ones in other states and none have ever been as rude as this one. They even have taped drawings over the window to block your vision of what’s going on inside. Definitely makes it feel like things are happening to our food and drink that shouldn’t be.

Ordered a carmeloucious, big mistake. All ice, a dab of coffee, whipped cream with Carmel sauce on top. Drank it in 3 sips. At a price of $6.27. The young girl at the window is never friendly, and never acknowledges a frequent customer. Taking m business elsewhere.

They took my money and had no breakfast sandwiches. When I got to the window, they notified me they could not credit my money. They told me only the owner can do this so I asked for the number and a rude young girl came out from behind and shut the window on me. Left with no food and a $10 charge on my scooters app which I intend on fighting. They should fire the young ladies that work there as they have a lot to learn about customer service. Basically I just got screwed for $10 for going there. I understand why the other chains are beating scooters. Scooters customer service is horrible.
