Fun experience, great DJ for the crowd that was onboard. Food was well prepared. Deck space to watch the sunset was a bit tight but we still got great pictures

Ship was not clean, bathrooms were filthy and not working properly. The food tasted like is warmed up in a microwave which should not be the case for a $30 plate plus paying $30 to board. Might be ok for just for a sunset cruise and drinks but not much more than that.

One of the best date night we have had so far... Everything we needed was on the boat food drink and entertainment. it was not as expensive as I thought it was gonna be, and money well spent.

Great experience. It was a 3hr cruise. Yes you get to see the sunset. The food is served around 1hr and 15 to 30mins once depart, unless you order an app. Then it comes out fast. You get bread, salad and a dessert with your dinner.
The bar is on the second deck. However you have to order through your server. Can stand outside on the back of the second deck or sit. 1st deck has a little room out front outside.
The food was really good. I got the stuffed shrimp and that sauce on there was fantastic. My wife got the red snapper and enjoyed it. My oldest got the salmon and it was a huge piece.
I did book the window seat for $25 extra but I would not again. The windows are huge and only a few tables in the middle of both floors anyways. Plus we spent most of our time on the back deck after we ate.
Get there early as they start boarding 30mins early and they go ahead and take food and drink orders.
Dancing and 1st deck after the meal. Second deck is quieter with just speakers playing the music from downstairs. They have already assigned the tables once you board. So they will tell you where to sit.

We would do this tour again.

My husband and I got married on the Starlite Sapphire and everything was perfect! The staff was incredibly communicative, prompt, and helpful. The yacht itself is beautiful and the food is delicious too. Only thing about the food is that my husband and I are vegan so we didn’t have too many options on the menu (just one, but it’s a rice and veggie dish with no protein). Still, the staff did their best to accommodate this. Overall, it was such a cool experience for us and our guests. We’re so grateful we chose to get married here!

We had a wonderful evening with StarLite Cruises celebrating my birthday dinner. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel truly special as the birthday girl. The yacht was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole atmosphere was unforgettable.
Thank you, StarLite Cruises, for making my birthday celebration so magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and special experience!

May 3, 2025 was a rainy day but the rain paused so it was a good ride. Just a few things should be fixed(older boat) crew was polite, servers were polite, the sweet tea needed better flavor, soda was flat and still flat after fixed other drinks were super. Food was great .
A great weekend event for church Singles Group.
And watching the dolphins was cute!

My spouse and I had our wedding here and when went over the timeline with the manager Ted everything was good. After they decided to change Manager to owner 5 days before our wedding Max called us and agreed with what we presented. Max totally sabotaged our wedding because he went against everything we wanted to do on the boat. Our photographer/videographer couldn’t get certain shots and video because they didn’t wanted to make announcements after we paid for the entire top deck we was not catered to. The food was good but offiaint was late bird feces was still dried up on the side of boat boat dirty in captain part they wanted us to change and marching out of of. Our wedding arrangements weren’t set up we had to get family to help us finish it. They left our welcome sign on storage and had to go get it upon our request. This was day was a complete fog because Max and dj kept approaching us at sweetheart table. They wanted us to do the toast before everyone had their plate of food. I truly wish this boat didn’t accommodate nor make their wedding party feel
Good we would’ve chose another place to do our venue. The waitress forgot to put champagne on our table . It was too much too stressful for reason. When I spoke with Max he says we don’t do that many announcements and we don’t do this and that . What do you do? You stated you did 100s of weddings but everyone is different and have to be catered to differently. Awful owner unorganized trash hillbillies racists . The Dj announced we had sprinklers when we had glow sticks. And told the people down stairs if they hear us. rowdy upstairs if probably the wedding party . They had ammonia birthday party and anniversary on the bottom deck idiotic

My spouse and book our wedding venue on the Sapphire. The food was amazing, the waitress, cooks, officiant, but the manager Max and the DJ were very annoying. The manager Ted we had before change of staff 5 days before our wedding was on point with our wedding timeline. We went over the timeline with the new manager Max for 1 hour explaining detail we had from videographer and photographer because Ted no longer works here and Max completely sabotaged our day. Every few minutes he was at our sweetheart table trying to force us to do things out of order from time line ie the toast he wanted us to do before everyone got their plate, the first dance was being rushed , the cake cutting , games it was throwing everyone off because of the terrible management wanting to do what suited him not catering to us never mind we paid our money for the entire top deck. Talking about pissed !!!!!!

Took dinner cruise for our 26th anniversary trip. The food and atmosphere were great. Boat could use a renovation inside. Ac was leaking from upstairs. Had portable ac units upstairs. The views were great.
