This was our first dinner cruise and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing, our waitress, Adelina was very friendly and attentive. Nice atmosphere, great music, and awesome views!

Great vibes, boat is dated but you can easily look past it. Servers were great but definitely don’t ask them to come back for drinks and stuff because you’ll be WAITING. They are on like a routine almost time wise.

The food…. Yeah idk. The bread and salad were good. Entrees were mediocre especially for the price. Think like Olive Garden quality.

Drinks were FIRE

I would go again, but would skip dinner

Attended a wedding reception on the StarLite Sapphire. The reception was on point, and the staff was one of the many reasons this experience was absolutely perfect. Congratulations to the couple.

I am participating in a wedding on the StarLite Sapphire in 16 days. The bride is trying to coordinate a rehearsal with the staff who do not respond to emails. When we toured the boat, the captain acknowledged safety concerns with the dance floor and the woman's bathroom and said they would be fixed before the wedding. It was been asked of Phil, Max, Charlie and Donna if the repairs have been complete but again, no one responds to emails and they refuse to give out a phone number to contact people directly. There are differently abled and elderly guest attending and the fall hazards need to be addressed. I am hopeful that there has been a reason for the lack of communication and that these concerns are addressed timely for a wonderful wedding.

We had a great time on board! The DJ was played a good mix of music and sang some of the songs. The cruise itself is intimate and watching the lights as we pass by was truly mesmerizing and peaceful. The pork tenderloin was amazing!

The boat wreaked of diesel stench from the doors being wide open an taking in engine exhaust. I was informed that the food was rewarmed food made from earlier that day, for 30 dollars! Tasted like it was two days older than that. Boat was in shabby condition. DJ played tunes off YouTube 😆. Not much positive to say other than the service and captain were nice.

We had a fantastic evening! Definitely great bang for our buck; worth the ticket price! Dinner portions were generous and included salad and dessert. We had the flat iron steak. Everything was delicious, and the service was great! Bathrooms needed upgrading, but otherwise no notes!

Just not worth the price! Food is good but nothing special. Music is way too loud to talk to anyone else at your table. Public areas are too small for the number of passengers. Long line for the men’s restroom.

Service is slow. Waited almost two hours to get dinner. Really like the beef Wellington app though.

For the money (spent about $200 for us between meal & tickets) and loud atmosphere there are infinitely better options!

Not my first recommendation for a night out spending $150/couple. The Starlite is just not cared for. They haven’t washed the windows on this boat anytime recently and since there IS NOT a deck that goes around the entire boat, clean windows are essential. So when you care this little about your guests’ experience, it really doesn’t go up from there. If you go, don’t let them seat you in the bow area; they try to cram too many people in that spot and it’s a nightmare getting in/out. Service is pleasant but extremely slow. Food is overpriced for what it is so all in all definitely not a good value. This was a sunset cruise…they barely left the dock before sunset so we got to experience very little of it. Yeah, definitely not doing this again.

Celebrated our anniversary on the sunset dinner cruise. Ticketing / boarding was smooth and quick. We were seated on upper deck which was a great view. Our server Steff greeted us immediately when we were seated. She explained the menu and let us know what to expect. The food and drinks were wonderful. Also surprisingly very affordable. On par with local restaurants/ bars. We got to see some dolphins and a very beautiful sunset over the bay / gulf. Would highly recommend for a romantic evening.
