Not quite understanding what is with really rude service ,,, especially.from a manager , South pasadena unfortunately has the worst people working in the restaurants and its not that big of an area. Not all , but more bad than good. This place is always dirty , got employees acting loud , obnoxious. This lady had attitude right away and very condescending over a simple taco.

So we placed an app order at 12:30 with all the specifics of the order. It turned out to be the wrong location but went ahead and drove there anyway. A 15 minute drive so I expected the order to be ready when I got there. Another 5 minutes to get to drive through window, gave name, confirmed the order, and then they said I was trying to pick up someone elseâs order who happened to be behind me. All in all it took 47 minutes for fast food to be prepared and they didnât even start it until I started talking on the phone to my colleague who needed to leave about what to do. Avoid this location at all cost, the incompetence starts at the top and flows down considerably, not sure what happened to the order I validated when I did for them to be so confused.

Waited 25 mins for an order that I made on the app for pick up, which made me late for work. Because they would not give me a refund or do anything to reconcile the issues they even gave me the wrong drink and then had to remake it.

Me and my family have been here a few times now; in the mornings there are always the same two ladies there, a Caucasian woman and an African American woman. The Caucasian woman always gives us great service; she is polite and pleasant.
The African American woman is the manager, so we've been told; we have never personally been served by her, so I can't comment on her customer service. I've always seen her in the back, screaming and having full-blown arguments with people on the phone the few times we have dined in, which startled my wife and son.
Along with this, I've seen her go to the bathroom and sit in there for nearly our entire 30-â 45 minute meal when we dined in the other day, as well as if that person is that unwell with their stomach, they should not be handling food. After seeing this happen on multiple occasions, I will be using another Taco Bell.
These people were mean to my friend Alyssa. We went through the drive thru and told them we had three mobile orders. She said the name of the first one and was about to say the other two names when the lady goes âokay pull forwardâ and then my friend Alyssa said âoh we actually have two more ordersâ and she replies âdoesnât matter youâre going to have to wait anywayâ HELLO?!?
