Make sure that you get your card back! I had to come back to get my bank card & all of a sudden the person in charge of the drive thru window said I guess the other person kept your card down here… but yet she was the same person that took my card in the first place…: anytime they can lie & steal, steal your info they will!! I

Shoutout to whoever was working Saturday night, December 15th. Apparently they were super short-staffed—only two people showed up—and the guy at the window was seriously hustling to keep things moving. Huge respect for still getting us warm food late at night. Despite the staffing challenge, the prep and flavor were honestly on point. No shortcuts, no sloppiness—just solid Taco Bell done right. Thanks for holding it down and for being a real staple of the South Pasadena community.

I’m changing my rating from 1 ⭐ to 5 ⭐, mostly because of my recent experiences at this location. In the past, the service wasn’t great and some of the staff were rude. But the last two times I ordered food here, the girl at the drive-thru was extremely polite and well-spoken—very different from some of the previous workers taking orders.
She also helped me place my order and was very patient with me since I’m always undecided, lol. My receipt says her name was Jess.

It is Taco Bell, always great for a late night snack. The food was fast, the people were nice. Often times at other locations I will say sometimes we don’t get all our food, we did this time so that is great!

there is currently, at 10:07 on the 25th of October in 2025, a lobby stocked with delivery drivers for doordash and uber eats. they got three employees, two are rude and dismissive and the other one is standing around, looking at everything and playing on his phone. there's trash all over the floor as well, and filthy tables. this place is an actual disaster.

Came to this location to pick up a large order a very large order for uber eats,when i arrived the other wasn't ready, I asked the guy for the code for the restbroom inwas told its for customers only i explained it was with Uber Eats and the costumer who paid was a paying customer and I was picking it up to deliver it the guy mumbled while making food saying he just told me its for costumer only so I asked for corporate number and the girl with piercings that they don't know the corporate number Then, her and the heavyset guy behind the counter, both said they were told by there General manager that no one is allowed to use the bathroom unless they pay for something. And it didn't matter if it was ubered riders or not. They disrespected me treated me very poorly, and basically when I told them that I will have to leave and go somewhere else to use the restroom that most likely the customer would cancel. And they basically said not their problem. So I would suggest for any Uber drivers. If you need to go to the restroom, go before you show up. It was 930 at night on Sunday. The building was empty and it still took them. Forever to make the food.So if you have to go to the restroom, go first, don't bother trying to make the pickup on time

Not quite understanding what is with really rude service ,,, especially.from a manager , South pasadena unfortunately has the worst people working in the restaurants and its not that big of an area. Not all , but more bad than good. This place is always dirty , got employees acting loud , obnoxious. This lady had attitude right away and very condescending over a simple taco.
