I just wasn't asked if I want taco sauce with my order, there was not a napkin in the bag either. I do not blame the cashier who was working hard doing several tasks. No I put that on the fault of corporate Taco Bell who wants one employee to do the job of three employees. See this type of stress on one employee to do the job at three and four employees this affects customer service PR for Taco Bell. This is why you have individual family owned taco places that are popping up all over the place and thriving. What is good about Taco Bell is the drive-thru when you don't have time to go to a new thriving taco place. And I'd like to mention private people family having taco places there food is cheaper, and taste better and the service is better but most of them do not have a drive-thru. For cashier is supposed to service the cashier drive-thru that's what they should service they shouldn't be doing three other jobs. The cashier was very nice and friendly it is not his fault, it is your fault corporate Taco Bell for expecting too much from your employees and not paying them enough. When I pulled up to the drive-thru the cashier answered the drive-thru right away may I help you. I said all I have not been here in a long time I haven't had time to read your menu I usually just get to steak tacos. The cashier was very informative telling me I can substitute this and get the meal. And I had to tell the cashier I can't drink soda pop anymore so I just ordered two steak tacos. Good people work at these big corporate restaurants like McDonald's Burger King Taco Bell Chick-fil-A. These are good Christian people these are good people and you should treat them better. You can afford to hire more of them, you can afford to change your corporate tone.

The two ladies working today around 11 am were absolutely hilarious and we had a good laugh. I really love when people bring joy and humor to work, especially in a job where people probably aren’t that nice to you all day. Thanks ladies! Day staff is only moderately sub-par, but if you hit the drive through at night be prepared to wait... and wait... and wait.One night we pulled up to the drive thru speaker and asked for one of whatever it is they call their frozen slushy drinks for my daughter. They said the machine that dispenses them was broken. Placed the rest of our food order and waited about 10 minutes just in line to get up to the window where we paid and they asked us to pull ahead and they would bring our food out to us. While waiting, I looked in my side view mirror and saw them handing the exact same drink they said they couldn't make to the car behind us! To top it off, when we finally got our food, the hard tacos had sat so long the shells were mushy and stuck to the paper which made them tear open when I tried to unwrap them.Another time we were asked to pull around the other side of the store and park near the front door and they would bring their order out to us. Between waiting there and the drive thru line waited over 35 minutes total.On yet another occassion we went to the drive thru an hour before they were scheduled to close. No one greeted us so after about a minute I yelled "hello?" repeatedly into the speaker, but got no answer. Pulled up to the window and saw all the lights on

Twice they have claimed our app order wasn’t received go sit in the parking lot. Got us for 30 minutes the first time cause they kept “updating” us. Just happened again. We can show them the app order says received and paid . Too bad! They can’t make it and they can’t refund it and take our order. Weed smell is stroooong. like 5 people working so not short handed. Two other cars waiting - something seriously wrong!

The drive-thru lady asked for my online name for the order I gave her my friend's name the order on the screen was wrong and I said no I don't think so but let me call my friend and see. She had put the order under my name when I went up to the window. I told her that this was not the right order and she kept pushing the order that was wrong on me. She would not allow me to explain what was ordered and instead got her other co-worker to start threatening me with moving out of the drive-thru line I said why I didn't get my order nope she says you got to move through the line I'm calling the cops worst service ever I was not even in the Drive-Thru line for more than one minute trying to explain to the lady that didn't want to hear it but this was not my order. Just horrible.

The employee and manager was rude and disrespectful our food was burnt and cold and they were giving attitude and they slapped our food down on the counter and punched it they didn’t even fill the drinks up and we spent over $50 bucks here at this Taco Bell on 903 Pasadena we will be contacting corporate office in the morning to let them know how bad service we got

Drive thru order on our way to St Pete Beach and they messed it up. Ordered tacos and burritos, they messed up the ingredients not once but twice. We only went back to this location expecting them to be better, but it's their way of showing their consistency!I would advise customers to get the food elsewhere and avoid this location if you value your money and time.

Worst Taco Bell food I've ever had. Chalupa shell was too hard to bite into, chips were stale, crunchy taco was so soggy from undrained meat after only 2 minutes of receiving. The staff did get order correct (no missing/wrong items). Tables were clean it yourself. Would not come back to this location.
