The Marquise Cafe Reviews
The escargot was rich, buttery, and garlicky with perfectly toasted baguette, and the Brie croissant was insanely generous with the most perfectly flaky, buttery pastry.
Truly flawless croissants!
Fiona, our server, was an absolute delight!!
The owner/chef Stéphane also came out to say hello, and is as pleasant as can be. Both are originally from France, and it shows!!
We will definitely be back!!
First of all, good choice of the cafe title Marquise (might also be a top list diamond cut for me
🥲😁). I lead us (me and my getaway🚗🏝️ partner) to this cozy cafe by accident, as all good things happen. Honestly, it wasn't what I expected coming into the door. But, I don't judge my intuition. I picked this place and how glad that I did and that we stayed. It is spacious and unordinary space, some things aren't super obvious.

Customers have praised the cafe's authenticity, describing it as the perfect place to meet friends for brunch or to enjoy a relaxing setting with a fresh baguette, salmon, brie, and avocado. The cafe also displays art and handmade jewelry by local artists, and on Saturdays, it features live French pop music performed by Fiona Frensche.
The owner and chef, Stéphane, is happy to converse in French and even joins in on the Saturday singing.
