Ordered on the Subway app. was given a pick up time, I arrived a couple minutes early and when the one worker finished making the sandwich for the couple in front of me, I gave my order name. THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED IT! when I arrived about 5 minutes early for pick up, there was 1 male worker making the sandwiches slower than I've seen 1st day new hires work and a 2nd employee walking back and forth fromthe dishes/prep area to the cooler, anything BUT working on making a sandwich. I assumed that the bag on the counter was my food already ready. She gave some excuse that they were slammed..... ummm well there was 2 people in line and their sandwiches were almost done, why were you walking around when there were TIMED orders to be made still?
I had to leave to get my son to work, who didn't get to have dinner before starting work because they couldn't be asked to take care of the TIMED orders...even if one of the two of them worked on the online order until done then helped for the in shop. When they give you a time, you're expecting it to be done at that time.....
I told them I'd be back to pick it up..... I was and grabbed the food and took it home.....Only to find out just about every single sandwich was made wrong! HOW do you make it wrong when its written down for you to follow?

Only go here if you have the time to wait and watch them to make sure it's correct, cuz otherwise it will be wrong and they don't care.

Lateralus

Came to pick up an online order, went in to find it hadn't even been started yet after ordering 30 minutes prior, decided to wait in car. Went back in to see my order half way made and the long haired man and woman with glasses standing in the gas station talking to two people who weren't even customers. Went back to the car. Came back in for a third time for both the workers to be talking to each other with their backs towards me. Finally the woman turns to me and just looks at me. I tell her my order name and leave. Nothing said to me, no apology, no have a good night. Nothing.

Wow, got my sub today from the new updated store. It looks great AND for some reason the bread was so nice and thick.🤷‍♀️ I loved it. Please, whatever you guys are doing, don't change that new bread recipe.🙏😁 *Italian Herb and Cheese

I personally love subways food but when I went in on a Tuesday, a little after 9, I was greeted with a huge attitude. I understand the frustration but instead of politely saying that it was closed, she decided to say something snarky. I have always had a problem with this certain person and have never really had anything to say till now. If she really is that miserable working at her job then tell me why she’s still working there? Even if she was having a bad day she shouldn’t be taking it out on customers. I don’t really remember her name but I think it’s Savanna.

Okay, the oven baked chicken breast is totally awesome. I love it with mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickles. I can only eat a 6" portion but i always get the footlong so i have my lunch for tomorrow. And our little subway in the express lane in southport has always got the sweetest employees. They're so fast at making sandwiches its almost an artform..lol and because of that, even when theres a line it goes super quick. Love our lil subway....!

These were some of the worst subs we've had from here. Our meat on a phot cheese steak was still cold like it just came out of the fridge. The other sub was made wrong and it was my problem because they were busy and couldn't read the instructions on the ticket in front of them.

We live right down the street and order from here on a regular basis, but the last few times we tried to order the staff was very upset that they had to actually wait on a guest! We go here lots in the evening and your in store hours say you are open until 9pm! The online hours say 7pm and online ordering cuts off at 7pm! If you are supposed to stay open until 9pm then change the hours and train your staff to serve until those hours, coming in at 745pm and being treated poorly because they have everything closed up is ridiculous! Then slamming things around and saying what u want can u hurry up by an employee that we are paying for their service!! Nope nope unacceptable, I never ever complain as I was a general manager for 25years but this is extremely rude! The gas station attendees are always so pleasant we spend a great deal of money there and this was just too much.
