After a horrendous day we were able to reserve a table for dinner at the Raintree.. we were so blown away by the menu... all looked delicious! Our server Jennifer was so wonderfully personable and gracious. We told her about our awful hotel experience and she let us vent and was so oatient with two old fat people! My steak with peppercorns was cooked to perfection and my husbands pasta pomodoro with sausage and meatballs was almost as outstanding as my own... hubby is required...

The food and service was excellent. We really enjoyed everything, and our server Shannon did a great job! I would get rid of the automatic 15% because that is really hurting your servers. At least bring it up to 18 or 20%. We tipped extra, but Im sure many that notice that don't.

First time at restaurant. Happy with the food, service, & atmosphere. Will be back to enjoy the outside dining in the cooler weather. Decorated so cute. Definitely feels like the old historic town St.Augustine with such charm & character throughout.
