Maybe get out of the takeout game. Your app told me 6:42 pm for pick up of an order placed 30 minutes earlier. It’s now 7:20 and no one can give me a straight answer on the status of my order. “A few more minutes” is the line. I want to support local. I want to enjoy your food. But if it’s going to take an hour, get a system that more accurately provides status updates. My food finally was ready almost 90 minutes after ordering. The pizza was cold and almost wasn’t delivered at all. The owner said I would be refunded but that has still not occurred.
To be clear, this was a poor experience.

Our first time at Amici Restaurant after multiple visits to St. Augustine. We had excellent service from Britta, who patiently and kindly assisted us with our questions and inquiries. The dishes we ordered were delicious, cooked to perfection. We enjoyed good wine and a delicious cannoli to close our visit. We recommend Amici as a must-visit restaurant during your stay in St. Augustine.

The food was amazing. Cheese tortellini with pesto cream sauce was incredible. Eggplant parm rivals NJ. The bread with oil and garlic is so delicious (and free!). Try the corn ribs with datil pepper sauce. Our server Sam was top notch. Friendly and fast. We will definitely be back.

Loved everything about it. Very friendly staff! Food was a-mazing. No wait for a table. The food came out quickly and perfectly timed with each staff member participating. Restaurants should always have this type of service in my opinion. Very happy to finally have tried this little gem. Ty staff and our fellow Philadelphia Eagles fans. Go Birds😃

I visited St. Augustine for the weekend and was told by a local to check out Amici’s, I am so glad I did. The corn “ribs” were unique and perfectly seasoned, the tortellini in basil cream sauce was incredible, and the chocolate cake was the perfect finish. I’m still dreaming about all the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, and it’s easy to see why this place is a local favorite. I’ll be back as soon as I can!

Horrible. I made Father's Day reservations over a month ago, and just got a call that they had to cancel my reservation (2 days before!) Apparently, there's a private event scheduled. How do they only notify customers 2 days before a private event, that would've been booked for a while, and they should've turned off all reservations. Very unprofessional.

If they cleaned up the place a bit,(paint outside,new furniture inside)it would be great. A lot is space. It could be a fine dining/special occasion place but it currently has the feel of Chili's or Outback Steakhouse . They were currently not serving alcohol,due to a license problem and we went there for a special occasion and toasted with water☹️
