Everything we tried was great. The bacon, egg, and cheese was solid, the breakfast tacos were really good, and both the hot coffee and iced coffee hit the spot. Service was very prompt too. Would definitely stop here again.

A wonderful hidden gem in St Augustine! Delicious coffee and yummy donuts. We had the vegan donuts (which are also gluten free but don’t have the chalky taste that some gf baked goods tend to have) and they were fantastic. Can’t speak to the non-vegan donuts or other offerings, but they seemed to be really good too. So grateful that they have dedicated vegan options! Highly recommended!

Drove all the way from Palm Coast to Parlor Doughnuts as we always do on Saturday and a blonde girl came to the door at 2:24 pm And said sorry we’re closed. We can’t take care of you We already put everything away and cleaned up. It says on the website it closes at 3 PM not at 2:20 PM. I just drove 45 minutes to get to you and you’re going to close the door in my face. This is not the first time this has happened and you are not going to get my business anymore. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated you stink! Horrible customer service stay away on top of it $35 for a dozen donuts. They should be happy to make a dollar Lowey business. They need retraining manager wake up and see what’s going on when you’re not there. These girls are shutting down the business early so they can clean up and get out where they lost money for your business because they close the doors early wake up and see what’s going on. Why you’re not on the premises doing your job you’re the owner manager you should be there present. These girls are losing money for your business wake up. This is not the first time and it’s not going to be the last. Tried to call nobody answered the phone just a stupid recording. It’s always the same thing. His business really gets me. There wasn’t one person there and yet they couldn’t take our business. It’s just some glazed donuts that they put different toppings on what is the problem that you can’t serve us you have to close the door 40 minutes ahead of time that’s not right that’s wrong. That’s bad business. Manager, whoever you are, you need to retrain these people you should be on the sales floor and be active in your business cause money is going out the window

My first visit to Parlor and it was amazing!! The staff greeted me and was great in helping me navigate through the menu and all the donut options!! The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the donuts were incredible! I highly recommend Parlor and will definitely be back!!
