Sunset Grille

Great casual atmoshere, very good food and our waitress Casey was very friendly and welcoming. This location is on A1A and nice location with a fun, chill and laid back feel to it. This is not waterfront, but still holds a nautical feel. We enjoyed our booth we ate at, inside on lower floor near the bar. They have plenty of parking and we enjoyed our meal and would definitely come back.

First time visit and it won’t be our last! The bar was popping with get energy and tons of TVs. Drinks were full to the brim and strong. And crab bisque lived up to its famous reputation!

All the food was delicious. If I have to comment on something, it would be nice to get an option for half a salad. We sat down on the first floor; it felt a little loud, but other than that, we had a good time and good food!

This is one of my favorite restaurants....it's a 1 hr drive from my house....I love the lobster ravioli' s and their huge chicken sandwich. I tried a lot on the menu. They are awesome

The coconut shrimp and the ribs are awesome! Some of the best in the area. The New England clam chowder is probably the best in the area also.

This is a must go whenever my husband and I are in st augustine. Atmosphere top notch wait staff exceptional! And the food is always delicious.... Get the hot sauce

Food and service are always great. This most recent visit was the epitome of excellent service. A small error was resolved quickly and with a result that far exceeded our expectations. We will visit here every time we are at the beach.

My friends and I went to Sunset Grille for dinner while on a bachelorette trip. We received the most amazing service. Our waitress Isabella was an angel! I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from everyone. Not to mention the food was great! 10/10 recommend. 😊

I am not going to say I would not recommend but we won’t be back unfortunately. The hostesses were amazing (VERY sweet girls!) Our waitress was wonderful and our food was delicious. The problem started when we were waiting to be seated, I simply asked the hostess about seating on the rooftop (which was recommended to us by locals) she said the rooftop is closed. I said totally fine! We will sit wherever it just suggested to us so I thought I’d ask about it. No big deal. I was very nice. We were sitting on the bench waiting and a guy (looked to be a manager) came up to the hostess and she said “Hey, why is the rooftop closed?” And nothing else. She didn’t say people were asking or wanted to sit there, simply asked why. Not because I asked , I never asked why. He said something to the effect of “Because it’s 100 degrees outside” (and it was. No argument from us again) he said “tell them they can go on down the street to the Irish pub and eat” very condescending and snapping his fingers. I’m assuming he didn’t realize we were sitting right there or he just didn’t care. It was just so rude and uncalled for. Not great customer service to recommend people go eat somewhere else. Again, everyone else was absolutely wonderful and our food was good. Just please be mindful to your customers and not make rude comments while they are sitting right in front of you.
