My husband and I had the Pineapple Pork and Don't Be a Jerk Chicken bowls. They tasted amazing! We will be going back next time in St Augustine.

My family and I ate here today for lunch and it was amazing! I ordered the lunch special, which was a shrimp bowl with the avacado creme sauce, my husband ordered the shrimp platter with plaintains, and my daughter ordered the regular shrimp burrito, which was huge!! They actually have a burrito larger than the one she ordered!! We were shocked to see how big the regular one was. Our food was fresh, flavorable, and our shrimp was cooked to perfection. OMG the shrimp were so plump, sweet, and tender. The beans and rice in my bowl was seasoned to perfection. We thorougly enjoyed our lunch today and will return the next time we're in St. Augustine! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants great fresh food!

its not a really a truck, it has an actual building attached to the taco stand.. its good Spanish spin on Mexican tacos. i like it.

We stumbled upon this gem while visiting our son at Flagler College. You must try their chicken riblets a MUST!! We also had shrimp and chicken bowls and their delicious burrito. Everything was freshly made that morning and Drew and Katya were polite, friendly and make awesome food!! A MUST if in St. Augustine you won’t be disappointed!

I have been wanting to go here for the longest time and finally made my way there last week. They are only open three days a week in the summer as they cook and serve out of a food truck. So heat is a factor in the summer in Florida. Let me tell you I WILL BE BACK!!!! My God this food was amazing. A little Spanish flare with a twist of California. So freaking good. You can tell the items were fresh and cooked right there. As I waited for my order several cars pulled up and their phone was ringing with orders too. Once the food is gone it's gone. Can't believe it's only 53 on the list. Great amount of food for the price as well.

This is by far one of the best places around Saint Aug in my mind. I've only been three times but each time it was very good. Tacos are super. Best. You can't miss.

I have had a few different lunches at the food truck. The women that run it are super nice, and always ready to please! Everything is delicious and perfectly prepared.

Came back to Saint Augustine today and back all weekend for a business trip and after breakfast at our hotel we wanted to try a food truck and read the Trip Advisor Reviews on this place and we decided to give it shot ! From the outside it does not look like much but after getting to the order window and meeting The Owner Rick as real cool laid back guy that said its all fresh what's it going to be ? We decided on 2 pork and rice bowls loaded and 2 veggie bowls with rice and he said he had a little dinning room in back and his worker would deliver it and she did ! It's all plastic bowls and as a Foodie and one that we all travel its was Out of Bounds Awesome and we mean Fresh and not expensive and came e chips and tons of different hot sauces called Datl Do It that he said his son owns part of the company and adding the sauce to each of our bowls made it a lets come back anytime !! Locals to tourists its Fresh and his 3 person crew was working hard and lots of love in this lunch for sure ! Rick keep it up and we can't thank our hotel for guiding us to you ! We will be back for sure and if anyone wants a cheap and clean and fresh food truck doing it all right well then come see Rick ! We did and are Happy we Did !!

i was cruising around the streets of St A today and saw a brightly colored food truck/trailer. Tropi Cali truck was the new place I see. When I pulled up I was a little bit confused. I looked at the truck and I have seen a lot of trucks. Then I look over to the same logo and paint on a building. I looked truck one way building the other. I walked up to the truck and Sam a cute little thing says hey first time ha? Yep can you tell and I looked back at the building. There were a couple of guys enjoying their food and they told everyone that I was in for a treat. I had to ask Sam what up over there? She quickly told me that they have indoor seating and are soon expanding to work out of the building. Now this is a first to me. Now I have heard of truck owners moving into a brick n mortar but never a truck parking in the same lot as their brick n mortar. Now we got to talking and I quickly learned that they have been open for 8-9 months now. They are kind of out of the way but have a very loyal local following. Cool that is always a good thing. Ok small talk over let's go into the food. After learning that I was a newby she told me you have to try the jerk chicken riblets. When she handed it to me I knew right off the bat what it was. The drum section of a chicken wing. But it was full of flavor and super tender. They also had some jerk sauce, shredded coconut, and green onions on top. Really good is the first words that came to mind. Remember we call ourselves Jamamerican having traveled there a bunch of times. I ,over onto the taco side not being hungry enough for a burrito cause I knew that they would be huge. I decided on two tacos. One of shrimp and the other of beef. Both with the works which is cabbage, cilantro, and fresh made salsa. They also came with some chips. I quickly dug into these things soon as a figured out how to get it into my mouth. I will say that they are huge and you better be hungry when you order here. The beef was really good tender and juicy and mixed well with all of the fixing that went a long with them. The shrimp taco was just as big and just as tasty. The shrimp were cooked well and had a bit of heat to them also. I will say that Rick (owner) Sam and Mike are really good folks that just want to serve you some awesome food. So when in St A head a little farther north and they will be on your right. Do it I said so.

Don't blink or you'll miss it! I'm so glad my brother saw the food truck and wanted to stop bc once I saw the tacos he ordered, I HAD to order some myself. The people running it were super nice and offered my kids free Popsicles since it was so hot out. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Saint Augustine because I know the first place in stopping at for lunch ??

Off the beaten path, especially for Old City visitors, Tropi-Cali serves appetizing, magazine-photo-worthy salads and wraps. Service is food-truck quick and the fare is worth hunting the place up.

Tropi-Cali is a food truck experience with the ever so important added value of an air-conditioned dining area behind the trailer. The food is a cross between Caribbean and California-Mex. Interested rib jerks, mahi and pork with pineapple tacos, burritos and salad bowls. Entrees range from $5 for a taco to $8 for a burrito. You will not go hungry. You will not complain that there were not enough specialty pepper sauces to try. If you are eating your way up upper San Marco and US1 north of the center, add this to Hazel's hot dogs and Scratch Kitchen.

Great, friendly people, with the absolute best food on the planet. My favorite is the pineapple pulled pork lunch platter with mango sauce. Comes with fried plantains, tortilla chips, rice with black beans, salsa fresca, fresh cilantro, fresh avocado, and a wedge of lime. Delectable. I go into a food swoon every time I eat here.
