Antonio's New York Style Pizza

Horrible customer service. Went last night after calling to ask what time they closed, was told 8pm, arrived 7pm and the man taking orders told to leave if I did not have an order ahead- super rude . I said, I called and was told you close at 8pm - he yelled at me and said WHAT DO TOU WANT ME TO DO!!! I’M UNDERSTAFFED!!….this is not the customers fault, being understaffed is your problem! This was on Christmas night. If you are going to provide this type of service and consider opening understaffed on a holiday, might as well remain closed.

Probably the worst pizza I ever had i won't even call it pizza the frozen ones in Publix is much better I give the pie to a homeless person instead of tossing it in garbage

The pizza parlor's stinginess with toppings is notable, with approximately one topping per slice, making it advisable to look elsewhere unless bread is the primary interest. Although the flavor profile showed promise, the toppings, sauce, and crispiness fell short. The deluxe pizza I ordered, as evidenced by the accompanying photo, lacked green peppers altogether. Furthermore, given the menu's last update was in May, I suspect an overcharge of $4. While you may have saved on costs tonight, the loss of future business, including mine, will likely outweigh the gain. I would prefer patronizing the establishment across the street, where I can expect transparency in pricing and generous toppings. I intend to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau due to the perceived dishonest business practices. Additionally, the pizza required further cooking upon arrival, as the crust was undercooked and limp.

Ordered an extra large and received a super thin ridiculous sized pie! It also was cold! Never again.

They have the best pizza in St. Augustine. I highly recommend trying Antonios Pizza.

They made the most wonderful, customized pizza. It was delicious! It was ready at exactly the time they said and even brought it out to the car for me. The man at the register was hilarious! I highly recommend this restaurant and their pizza.

I will never order Pizza & Salad again from Antonio’s. I’ve always ordered our pizza & salads here, but this last order was screwed up and delivered me someone else’s pizza. When I called to let them no, they wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. Bad attitude and rude service. The delivery driver should run the place. At least he was nice & wanting to fix it. You just lost 3 households.

Horrible service! I bought a medium pizza and they brought me a small. The delivery boy said I could keep it and his intention was to bring a new one of the correct size. I noticed they didn’t get here yet so I called and a guy answered claiming he was the manager when I asked for the manager. I don’t believe him. He said I would have to pay for both pizzas. If I wanted a new one I told him I would never come back and that he lost a customer he didn’t care this place is stingy!! Don’t go here! They will steal your money for anything!

By far the worst tasting food I have ever had. They are not even close to a NY pizza and should even advertise that they are. The prices aren't even listed right and we literally threw a whole pizza away cus it was absolutely disgusting. They put bad ham on it and u could tell not just by the taste but by the smell. This is an absolute shame that they can even pass inspiration. Upon picking up my order, I walked and thr store was hotter than the out side which is almost 100 degrees, the inside of the store looked absolutely filthy and the table out side where filthy aswell. If I could give negative stars I would. This place should close its doors for good
