Burger deal was affordable, usually acceptable, last 2 visits burger was a bit overly greasy bun and dripping, salad and fries good but both were a little more room temp not hot enough to feel for me. Meri has been the best waitress experience and she keeps us coming back to visit when around the St Augustine area.

Bartender thru a fit because we asked to have a March Madness game on that had the number 1 team in the nation. No wonder the place was half empty. Also ordered brownie desert that came out burnt. Came over because Chillis nextdoor had a wait, sports bar was packed. They have 2 big screen TV’s and one had tennis on during March Madness.

Been awhile since visiting an Applebee's and had a good overall experience. Service was great from host to server. Did the 2 for $25 and ordered boneless wings for the appetizer and we both got burgers done medium. The boneless wings were hot and flavorful and the burgers were done perfectly. The wings came out a bit late and the fries were not fresh out of the frier hot but overall good value.

Food was burnt and insanely Spicy for no reason and I got pick up and was having to gather my food and drinks because the Togo person was just lazy as she told me where to get my alcohol drinks and food As she just meandered by the bar doing anything but working absolutely ridiculous I have no idea how this Applebees is open literally horrible Togo and dine in

We came in around 630/7, not late by any means. Several tables were dirty, we were told a bus of people just left so that’s fine, understandable. The hostess was very sweet. On to the food, first off I ended up paying 13.50-ish, for quesadillas I never ordered. We ordered the combo app and wonton tacos. I said “honey bbq for the boneless wings, now tomatoes on the quesadillas and the wonton tacos. We are going to split the 2 apps”. Somehow, we ended up with 3 meals? 🤔 I’ve worked in restaurants before, I’ve been a manager/bartender/server/cook, you name it, I’ve done it. I know damn good a well, things happen, however, she did not repeat the order back which is the first huge mistake. Second, if I sent the food back, they would throw it away so why waste food? I sucked it up, my son ate it and we enjoyed our dinner together. The tea was absolutely terrible, replaced it for a water. The chips on the combo were stale, the spinach dip tasted old/freezer burnt and the mozzarella sticks were barely cooked. The service (Helena), twice as bad as the tea. She took our drink order, took our food order, didn’t deliver our food, stopped by one time, never offered dessert, never offered boxes, to-go cups, nothing when we were very clearly finished eating. She was not very friendly wondered around like she couldn’t wait for us to leave, and the 6 top that came in right behind us. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t leave a 20% tip, but paying 49.80 for dinner, including a meal you never ordered, than not being helped the rest of the time you are there? 10% tip. I couldn’t leave zero because I’ve been in her shoes, however, she could use a lot more training or another job. This particular location does not need to have a second visit. Good riddance Applebees.

Our waitress today was Brooke she was very busy but never missed a beat with our order. There was 4 of us but she also had another table of 13 and a few more tables. Hard working young lady! Also very nice Applebee’s Thankyou!
