Applesbee's where have you gone? Once a fun place to visit with friends, now a bastion of disappointment. 10 minutes for the server to ask what drinks we would like, another 15 to get them, and finally, place our orders. Took 30 minutes for salads to arrive, another 25 for hot meals. Mind you, no one ordered anything needing extensive cooking times. Mine was 3 small pieces of chicken over a bowl of Mac and cheese. The kids' menu had more chicken to it! The pasta seemed to be a microwave variety. The bowl was very hot, and the noodles were not. Overall, I am thinking never to go to any Applebee's again!

Lauren is GODSEND !! we come in almost every friday or saturday and shes always on top of it . whether its a full section, shes been there all day, a ton of food ordered, she is on the go and got it . very sweet person! we loving coming to see her and being able to bless her with 30-50% of our bill everytime . HIGHLY RECOMMEND requesting her, she will take care of you !!

Along with dinner we ordered the Cinnabon mini swirls. OMG..talk about a bit of heaven. These are SO Delicious. We just dipped them into the frosting and enjoyed every bite. You have to try these.
Just don't get the bartender to be your waitress. Never got any refills on the drinks, never came by to see how everything was, very poor service.

We have been to Applebee's Bar and Grill St Augustine twice this week and our service and food were excellent. Greeter and Bartender EM was friendly and positive and our server Emily was truly excellent ! We will return and recommend.
