We ordered 2 classic roast beef and fries to eat at the beach. I ckd the bag when we picked up the order and thought I saw 2 RB. Got to the beach and found only 1. Very disappointed!!

Look like a kid threw my French dip sandwich together. One end of the sandwich had all the meat. A little disappointed I usually get good French dips from them. The Gyro was good as always

Don't know what happened since the remodel, but completely gone downhill. The staff is nice and friendly, but food is not as it should be. Second time order was a mess. Rueben came with bread meat and cheese, they totally forgot the dressing and sauerkraut again. Turkey bacon ranch sandwich also dry and no bacon. This has happened twice now, wont happen a third time wont be back.

Really clean. The workers seemed to mesh well and complimented each other's efforts. Older staff, no leaning, everyone was moving and it was refreshing to see.
Came in today 6/10/25 had the best time I’ve ever had in a drive thru a lady named Angel and her lady drive thru helper were smiling so much you could tell they truly enjoy the job! You don’t see that anymore! Fast and friendly was an overstatement my order was at the window before I even could pay! Great job to the whole team that worked today great food and great service !

I went here on 5/16/25 and ordered two greek gyros and a small drink. I was served quickly, but when I asked for some sauce on the side the heavy set woman worker complained that she wouldn't have enough for the other gyros orders that evening. She then went and talking about charging customers for dead dog meat...? This was highly inappropriate and disrespectful. She should be reported to the corporate offices and fired immediately. To top it off, the gyros had almost no meat inside. I've ordered these before from other Arby's and they were loaded with meat. I left still hungry and disappointed. I'll never go back to this location.

Food was great, but counter help was horrible. Woman was not friendly, acted annoyed, had her own personal food on back counter, walked awY and belched loudly. There were only 2 other guests I side and no o e in drive thru and the soda counter was covered with filth. Sat a high rise, because the tables all had food crumbs. It's bad enough if you have the coupon two can dine for 9.99, but order the same meal without it and it's double. The coke zero machine was also out of carbonation and no rush from employees to fix it. If they did, they never said anything.
