Not sure what happened to this place. My husband and I travel to St. Augustine 2-3 times a year. We visit this establishment every time. Here lately, the owners are no where to be found and the staff lacks knowledge of pretty much anything. My husband and I ordered the shrimp and fries meal to share, the girl working stated it didn’t come with fries and said, would you like to add a small fry? That’s weird it said shrimp & fries for $x.xx. I asked her about it after I got the receipt, again, she said it comes with just the shrimp. When the cook brought the food out, I’ll be darned if we had my daughter’s meal, the shrimp AND FRIES, PLUS a small fry that was not needed. I asked her to refund the small fry that we didn’t have to order due to the meal already coming with fries. She did, but what an inconvenience due to her NOT being knowledgeable on the menu of the place she works for. The owners may want to be more present and make sure the employees are trained correctly.

First and foremost, my fiance and I was searching high and low for a place to eat and we just simply couldn't find a good one that popped out to us. We stopped here and grabbed beer to start, then walked around the town. Later in the evening, we decided to come back here and order the burger. WOW!!! Best burger I have ever had in my life. We ordered another to take home. The staff was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was very chill. We decided to go back the next day for lunch and again had an amazing burger 🍔 We will definitely be back again!!

If you like dry burgers very slippery floors and no ice in your drink then highly recommend. Go anywhere else is all I can say. Also all there addon tops are definitely not $.75 each

This is a great spot! Service was great and very dog friendly!
They had doggie patties where you can get a lean hamburger patty for $5, and it was great to get for your pup after walking around all day!

Fantastic burgers. Great atmosphere and service was quick and attentive. Wire a good selection of beers - customs brews and a few standard beers such as Blue Moon. The Lost Island Brews were particularly refreshing on a hot, sunny day in St. Augustine. Highly recommend stopping by if you are walking through the district.

Go for some interesting drinks. Many topping choices for burgers. They did have some gluten free options bun stays together a plus. The hamburgers were too greasy for me. Coleslaw was sharp and bitter so they didn’t cut out the core.

We showed up 15 minutes before closing and were politely declined service because “we close in 15 minutes”. Why didn’t you just close the doors if you don’t want to serve people??

Just stopped in to test a couple of brews and people watch.. great place for that. Didn't get anything to eat, so I can't say of the food is good or not!
We ate lunch here, The Bacon cCheeseburger was amazing! It was so full of flavor and they are very generous woth the vegetables too. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. I would highly recommend this place. If your visiting, check the location tour guide book. Somtimes they have a BOGO coupon. The staff is great and the environment was nice too. It os wheelchair accessible and there is indoor and outdoor seats available. Give them a try... we will definitely be back!
