I work in the mall and I can honestly say the people in this little nook are just so painfully miserable it’s sad. I hate to literally watch them have such a nasty attitude towards customers everyday especially the old lady w the glasses.

Employees were literally talking shit about customers right in front of us! Then asking if we could read since the doors show "enter and exit" but they had a pole blocking the exit door!!!! Then the woman working the register is yelling at us to move down to the wrong side as the child in the back is questioning our capability on reading while we are all literally doing exactly what the woman at the register was telling us to do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Who ever this Mom and Daughter duo is that is running the show should not have a job and should be fired immediately! They are so rude and aren’t worth the little $15 an hour they are getting paid. I’ve seen a McDonald’s in the hood treat their customers better. Who hired them and why they are they still there? They treat the customers like they’re not spending their hard earned money for a smoothie and some pretzels and instead they belittle them. If you want a snack I recommend getting it out the vending machine before going to them.

My wife and I went on Sunday. There was clearly a system issue and our cards were charged several times. Although we are happy Auntie Ann's employs handicapped employees, the first cashier couldn't hear us as we tried to tell her about our issue. A second cashier came over. She was a little girl and instead of demonstrating even decent customer service, the little girl running the cash was EXTREMELY rude & obnoxious! She kept repeating herself & talking over us as we tried to explain that our cards were charged several times. When my wife asked to speak to the manager, the little girl started screaming for her mother in the back, yelling that her mom runs the place. When her mom came to the front we thought we'd finally get somewhere with an actual adult but it was just more of the same berating from this person who definetely failed customer service 101 class as well. This "manager" was just as disrespectful as her offspring. We could all see where the little one got her lack of professionalism and zero customer service training. They both treated us like we were in the streets, telling us "bye" and "get out", pointing their press on nails towards the door, instead of trying to resolve the issue and retaining a sale for the franchise. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! There are several reviews like this on here. Someone from the Auntie Ann's franchise has to see all these super negative reviews on these two and put a stop to those two hoodlooms disrespecting all customers that have an issue in that store.

Me and my family went to this place trying to have a good time and eat good but ended humiliated by two of the staff of this place . Clearly problematic girls that just started to scream at us telling us that we have to go out of the place and never come back , they were so disrespecful and rude. My grandma gets anxiety just to remeber that awful moment .
