Our group of 6 had a reservation at 5pm. We showed up around 4:45pm and waited about 45 minutes before our table was ready. We sat for about another hour or so, reviewing the menu and chatting. Once we were finally able to order, we were informed that there were only 2 flavors of savory cheesecakes available and only a handful of sweet flavors available. We ended up order the salmon board and charcuterie board to split. Since I don't like fish, I waited patiently for the charcuterie board. It was taking longer than expected so our host did offer the table a complimentary raspberry white chocolate cheesecake that was actually very good. We finally got our charcuterie board around 8pm. It was definitely very underwhelming for the amount of time we waited (and the price). Our group was disappointed but, we still had a decent time amongst ourselves. I definitely would not return without calling ahead to ensure they actually have a variety of foods available.

We drove past this location and decided to give it a try. Amazing service and amazing food. We tried the flight which was perfect for a sweet treat ans affordable. The house was adorable with each room being used as seating and separated out making the experience more intimate. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth and the extra calories to spare!

I stopped by Bar Harbor Cheesecake with my 11-year-old daughter, my wife, and friends with the intention of purchasing a cheesecake to go. Before ordering, we asked to use the restroom—specifically for my daughter.

The gentleman at the counter was unfriendly and declined our request, stating we would need to use a public restroom, even after we explained we were in the process of buying food. I found this response dismissive and especially disappointing given that a child was involved.

I am a local and have visited this location in the past, which makes this experience even more unfortunate. Customer service matters, and this interaction left a very poor impression. As a result, I chose not to make a purchase and will not be returning.

It’s disappointing to see a business lose customers not because of product quality, but because of how people are treated.

Ambiance is very intimate and relaxing. Such a beautiful, calm experience. We enjoyed 2 samplers of cheesecake and we're very pleased with each of the selections.

Went there for a tasting of cheesecake with my family. The cheesecakes were absolutely awful! I love cheesecake and it’s hard for me not to love it, but they managed that. I tried several different flavors with my family and they were all nasty. They’re so over seasoned it tasted like I was eating cinnamon and the other spices out of the container!! Then I told the server I didn’t care for them to take them away. I assumed she was removing it from the bill because I only tried a tiny amount. She not only charged me but then gave me a hard time when I said I wasn’t offered to try any other flavors when I didn’t like them and still being charged. Horrible server and the cheesecakes didn’t taste like they only tasted like a bunch of spices. I’m assuming it’s cheaper for them to throw a bunch of spice in them instead of developing ACTUAL FLAVORS!! Will
Never return and don’t recommend this place to anyone.
The server was also the owners daughters. I can’t believe I’d get such awful service from her. I’d expect her to be providing good service and wanting people to return. Not arguing with the customer, or offering to try something else if you are going to change me full price for something I didn’t eat!!

My daughter loves cheesecake, so we decided to stop by after going to Mojos across the street. We didn’t realize that you can’t go inside and sit down and order a slice, but that it’s an “experience” that you have to set aside 35minutes to an hour for, according to the man who met us outside. If you don’t have time to do the full experience inside you are allowed to buy 4 inch cheesecakes outside that are packaged to go for $18. The gentleman who helped us was very nice, but I don’t think the small cheesecake was worth the price with no place to sit and enjoy. We got the dark chocolate orange truffle, my daughter loved it.

This was an amazing experience! We absolutely loved it, the team, the service, and the way these guys run their business is simply fantastic. Reese shared the history of this place with us, and it’s incredible to see a business like this thriving in 2026. If you come to St. Augustine, you have to stop here and enjoy a great experience!

We stopped here just to try the cheesecake and to my surprise the offered a NY style cheesecake with only 5 grams of sugar and no flour this was amazing great for someone who has diabetes or is watching their diet but wants to indulge

It was ok. I got a piece of cheesecake to go. It was like $20 and it was completely frozen. I probably could have got something better for 20 bucks. Maybe it was an off night. I didn't love it. YMMV.

Went to The Nights of Lights in St Augustine lady night. Stopped in here for a charcuterie and some desert. It was absolutely amazing. It was beautifully all decked out for Christmas. The food was amazing. We asked them to pair a wine for it and they were spot on. If I could give it more than 4 stars I would.

This place offers a variety of sweet and savory cheesecake options, plus a nice selection of charcuterie boards and salads. Oh, and Santa made an appearance which was fun for the kids. Great customer service, atmosphere and food. Totally recommend this place.
