The worst restaurant in the area. Two years ago, we came here as a family and loved it. We returned, and the experience was completely different. A woman who works at the bar treated us terribly and even kicked us out as if we were criminals, just because my mom, who is an elderly and very polite person, asked for help to open a bottle of wine. She said it wasn't allowed, and when my mom walked back to the table, the woman came up behind her with an aggressive and rude attitude and kicked us out. We decided to wait to eat, but in the end, we left because we were no longer comfortable. Here’s a photo of the person who mistreated us.

We tried to go into downtown St Augustine, but alas, the traffic was terrific! We decided to head back to our hotel. Along the way just over the bridge we found a great place on the St Augustine marina! Beaches had a very laid back vibe, the staff is very friendly and the service is great, even when under staffed!

Do yourself a favor and try Beaches at Vilano when in St. Augustine. The food is bursting with flavor, with such a good Caribbean flair. There's a reason this place has so many positive reviews.

Service started out great, appetizers were brought quickly and were hot. Then we waited way too long for our entrees and had to ask another server to check on them. Food came out a mix of hot and cold almost all the sides were cold, the shrimp and fish were good though. Place seems nice, this must have been an isolated incident.

Food was really good at the restaurant. But we took the tour on the Beaches boat express and that was outstanding. If you're visiting St Augustine, you need to see the lights from the water and this boat was great. I couldn't say enough about how great the captain was. It made the whole visit!!!
