Have no idea how this place got 4.6 stars. Waitress seemed to forget about our table. Waited long time at the table watching people who came after us placing thier orders and getting thier drinks. Once we finally ordered the food, waited again for 30 min with waitress nowhere in sight. Had to find the manager... food arrived barely warm. Eggs were completely cold.We would not be back. Just awful and overpriced.

I ended up meeting my mom for lunch elsewhere on this day but one year ago, we met here for my dad's birthday. We were 100% pleased with the food and service here!
I guess my problem is when you’re gonna pay $45 for breakfast for two people, it should be done right and look decent on a plate. My eggs look like they’ve been through a lab and dissected at parts not to mention they were cooked Improperly. The waitress really showed no concern, I don’t blame I blame the cook. Food should look decent on a plate not like it was just scraped off the curve.Parking: First come for sure it says it all

I'm not a food critic. But I have the ability to enjoy good food because of my taste buds. The food is fresh and tasty, we ate Sufer Sarah, one with potato's fries and the other with hash browns. Jackie was the waitress with a smile on her face, and in her soul, the service was lovely. In fact, all the staff were very nice. In the previous reviews, parking was a big problem, but it's worth the wait and having a good atmosphere and time. Pet friendly. Congratulations Beach Diner at A1A St.Augustine, FLCNA

Eaten here now 5 times for breakfast and lunch over two separate trips to St Augustine and the food and service are both excellent. The servers have all been wonderful and the food consistently well prepared, tasty and delivered hot to the table. Serving sizes are perfect. Price is just a little high for a ‘diner’ though it may be a stretch to call the food and service ‘diner’; it’s clearly better. Headed there again for breakfast this morning.

We're locals. Just a fair place. Very noisy. Hamburger was just fair with thin patty and floppy lettuce. Service was acceptable.
Awesome diner along the west side of A1A, beach side, in Saint Augustine.I had passed by this place probably a hundred times, as it had always seemed quite busy, before I finally stopped in.Once I did stop, and I checked in with the hostess, the wait wasn't exceedingly long. A little under 20 minutes.After we were seated, the wait for our server wasn't long. About 3 - 4 minutes. Our server was pleasant and informative as she took our drink order. The drinks came to the table in about the same 3 - 4 minutes and we placed our food order.I had a grilled Mahi Caesar salad with goat cheese. The Mahi was fantastic! I had concerns that the fish would be overcooked and dry but I was surprised, as It was moist and extremely flavorful. The salad wasn't drowned in dressing which was also a nice surprise. I washed it down with a perfectly balanced sweet Arnold Palmer. My guests food was super enjoyable as well. When I asked how it was, their response was, "it's the best that I've ever had!" (Our total bill was $34.53)Although the diner is alongside of busy A1A, the atmosphere, on the patio out front, didn't suffer.I'd definitely recommend a stop in to check these folks out.

Inside or covered outside dining available. Dog friendly outside (don't know about inside). Food is EXCEPTIONAL. I have eaten there multiple times but have only had breakfast while other members in my party have dined on other options and they have been as pleased as myself. Parking can be a little tight on weekends. They close at 3.
