Had a great experience during my trip to St Augustine! Riley was amazing. Very kind and offered great advice when trying to pick which ice cream to get. Give him a raise!!! 10/10 experience.
Ben & Jerry's never disappoints when purchased in the carton, but getting to visit a store was epic. You cannot go wrong with their waffle cones (I personally recommend the chocolate dipped covered in sprinkles). The girl who waited on us was so pleasant and kind. The place was clean. Definitely plan to visit when I'm in the area again!
This Ben and Jerry's is incredible! The manager Jade did an amazing job accommodating my nut allergy. Not only did they make sure I didn't feel pressured to change my order to make it easier for them, they went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Truly amazing service! I will be coming back again in the future
