Great experience. Excellent pretzel. The service was fast and friendly. The place was slam packed. We went during Christmas time. The workers all had big smiles. We'll definitely be back. The quality of the pretzels was top notch. Check out the garden area behind the place. Nice spot to get out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Very reasonable prices.

This is the best pretzel I have had ever, and it’s not 5 stars only because I wish the dipping sauces were homemade. The backyard garden is the cutest, and someone got engaged while we were there! $7 for a large cinnamon sugar pretzel with one dipping sauce. The cinnamon sugar was not too heavy like other places.

Even though I ordered online, the service was horribly slow and they even admitted that they forgot about my order, despite me ordering it an hour prior. The place is tidy and looks nice, but it could make up about everywhere else. The pizza is not a pretzel pizza as advertised—It’s hard and crunchy, more like cardboard with cheese.
Pretzels were fluffy and buttery, we got the Parmesan one with beer cheese! 10/10! We also got a basic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich since we stopped in for breakfast during our trip. It was pretty good as well! The back patio has a beautiful vibe. We will definitely be adding this to our Saint Augustine must!
