Stopped for a cold drink to get out of the sun. The garden tucked behind Ben's Soft Pretzels and Mimi's Famous Crepes is beautiful and peaceful. Still hot and humid, but at least a place to rest in the shade.

Best pretzels I’ve ever had. I work down town and I come and eat here at least 3 times a week. The back seating area is beautiful in rain or shine! The staff are super friendly the food is always fresh. This is a must eat if you’re visiting.

The staff was warm and welcoming when I stopped by yesterday and the pretzel bites were soft and delicious! Not to mention, this is better than Auntie Anne's. I will definitely stop by this place the next day I pass and visit St. Augustine again.

Great experience. Excellent pretzel. The service was fast and friendly. The place was slam packed. We went during Christmas time. The workers all had big smiles. We'll definitely be back. The quality of the pretzels was top notch. Check out the garden area behind the place. Nice spot to get out of the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Very reasonable prices.

This is the best pretzel I have had ever, and it’s not 5 stars only because I wish the dipping sauces were homemade. The backyard garden is the cutest, and someone got engaged while we were there! $7 for a large cinnamon sugar pretzel with one dipping sauce. The cinnamon sugar was not too heavy like other places.
