Bite a Bagel

Probably my go to bagel place. Being a former NY'er im a tough critic. This place is NY style & quality bagels. Im always promoting it to patients I see. However several times I have visited 1.5hrs BEFORE closing & everything is sold out! Wth? They need to stock more. At least enough to last during buisness hours. Sold out? Crazy

Food is great but the service is horrible they obviously know they have no competition. Slow slow slow lots of workers standing around talking about their social life and watching customers stand around.

Absolutely incredible bagels! The quality is amazing, the cream cheese is awesome, and the service was friendly and fast. I’ll definitely be returning — my new favorite local bagel spot!

Disclaimer: I ordered from DoorDash. Just have to say how amazing their bagel sandwiches are. I love that I can basically customize everything about it. The bacon was crispy, egg (ordered over medium) was cooked perfectly. Their bagels were huge, fluffy and seasoned just right! I'm definitely gonna be ordering lots more from them!

Breakfast sandwiches are good but the service not so much. Ordered in store and waited for over 30 mins for my order to be completed. So many walked in and out after me even after ordering multiple sandwiches like I did. Noone even took a moment to check on my order or at minimum offer me a drink on the house. Dont think I'll be back in store anytime soon.

This by far is the best bagel place in Northeast Florida! It is truly difficult to find a decent bagel around Jacksonville and Saint Augustine however, this is a true local owned gem! The bagels are prepared fresh with a variety of flavors including ghost pepper bagel (not something I'm brave enough to try. They had ample pumpernickel bagel, which is one of my favorites and they will cut them through a machine for free. The customer service is outstanding. I was greeted with a smile and she was very patient as I was selecting the bagels. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and inviting and has a small hint of a New York deli. Even though it's a bit of a drive, it was worth every single mile! Between the outstanding bagels and the customer service you cannot go wrong here.

Ordered a baker's dozen today, great bagels and staff. When I was waiting in line I saw a couple act rudely toward the sweet teenage employee taking orders but she dealt with it nicely, even when the woman took a picture of her! Top-notch New York bagels and even better service, I definitely recommend.

I ordered an avocado toast bagel and even pointed at it on the menu, but the order came out wrong. When we went up to let them know, instead of simply fixing the mistake, the girl who took the order stood there and argued with us that she was right. Very unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but good customer service means correcting it without attitude. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. However the manager was apologetic and refunded our money for the sandwich
