Amazing place to visit. My daughter and I had breakfast there this morning and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh. Best bagel I have tasted here in Jacksonville. Big fan

Get there early, freeze 'em, you're good all week. I'm from NJ, 2 years it took me to get close to a NY/NJ true bagel 🥯, this is closest I've found. Great bagel, when fresh.

Have been getting sandwiches here for a couple years. Lately they have been forgetting my cream cheese on the Brooklyn.

Food tastes as good as McDonalds. Empty store and they took nearly 30 minutes for two bagels. We ordered three bagels but only got two. Went for the third bagel And they took five minutes to remake it. The point is. If it takes 5 minutes to fix a mistake, Why does it take 30 minutes for two bagels which should have been three bagels.

The food was delicious, bagels tasted amazing, the only complaint that i have is the cashier not changing his gloves after touching his hat. Then goes to grab bagles for a customer. Will think twice about coming back.

Northerners ! This is the hidden gem we all have been looking for ! The pork roll egg and cheese is 10/10 the bagels are out of this world, love it

This place is the best! Best bagels in town! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They get SUPER busy on the weekends so if you don’t like waiting, go during the week or order online. The wait is worth it though!

I want to give this place 5 stars so bad because the people are friendly and the food is amazing, but only if you walk into the store to wait in line and order.

I've ordered in person and it has been perfect every time. However, every time I order take out I feel like I am being taken for a ride. Never once when ordering take out have they toasted the bagel I ordered like they will do if you order in person, nor have they used the correct cream cheese. They will give me plain cream cheese every time instead of the Jalapeno cream cheese that the Brooklyn is supposed to come with. I will also constantly end up with my "back up bagel" option when ordering online even if there are clearly a dozen if my first choice sitting there behind the counter. I've ordered take out both online and over the phone and this happens every time, even when specifically mentioning the cream cheese the sandwich is meant to come with and requesting it toasted.

It's just really disappointing seeing a place be so awesome if you're there in person, but they treat ordering to go as just a license to be lazy. Cannot recommend if you're ordering to go, which will be most people.

We moved here from NJ two years ago and my only complaint has been not being able to find great bagels. The search is OVER! Best bagel I have eaten in two years and I am so happy! We ordered online and it was super easy pick up. I can’t wait to go back again and again for my bagel fix. Way to go, Bite a Bagel! It’s a darn good bagel!

The food is great, but I just really wish they would figure out their stuff. You wanna go place an online order and it’s borderline impossible. I think they were accepting online orders one out of the last 10 times I’ve tried. Obviously the demand is there, so why not just work out your systems and your staffing? Please God, please God. I want a dang bagel. Hope hope hope hope hope

Get here early on weekends if you like skinny bagels though!! Their premade breakfast sandwiches rock and they are super friendly. Can I give them 6 stars???🔥

Don't order on line. You get a text that its ready and when you get there they tell you it's getting wrapped. 25 mintues later when you ask where your order is they are still wrapping it. It took 50 mintues to order a bagel with eggs and bacon. Then when you get home the order has no bacon.
