Super! Colin was our server, he was extremely witty and helpful. Same for Laree that filled us in on the amount of shrimp in the shrimp and grit cakes. And yes, we ordered those and the red (drum) fish. Pear sangrias as our drinks that were delicious as they were not overly sweet. Food was awesome, the cakes firm, shrimps better than the ones at the Reef Restaurant in the same town but that restaurant has the better sauce and cakes. Red Drum, super flaky and fresh, beet and broccoli...
I have not stopped talking about the steaks yet!!!! A friend recommended the steak and we said why not. Everything is good, the service the atmosphere everything! But the STEAK! Only a short 5 min wait, then we were seated. The steaks were what were touted. Because we went there at lunch, they presented the lunch menu, but ask for the dinner menu to get this baby! Note, only lunch sides are available at lunch. Back to the steak!!!
