This place is seriously my new go-to spot after a workout! The herbal teas and protein shakes are SO good — you can really tell they use quality ingredients. I always leave feeling refreshed and energized.

Also, shoutout to Camden!! He’s always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and knows his stuff when it comes to the drinks. He always gives great recommendations and makes the whole experience even better.

I love going to Blue Wave Nutrition because their drinks are honestly the best I’ve ever had. They taste amazing and give me the perfect boost, whether I’m heading to the gym or just need some energy during the day. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and there’s so many options to choose from. What really makes the experience even better is Camden—he’s seriously the best. He’s always super friendly, quick with service, and remembers my order every time. Camden makes every visit feel personal, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back.

Definitely such a great place to stop for a drink! One of my before work go to places, a wide variety of options from simple herbal teas and greens to protein shakes and post/preworkout beverages! Also has some yummy protein packed snacks like in house made doughnuts and waffles. Staff is super friendly as well 1000/10!!

Love this spot. They have a great variety of drinks here with delicious flavors and signature benefits. You can get tasty protein packed meal replacement shakes to fuel or recover from a great workout, a unique energy drink that can jump start your workouts or give you a little push through your day or maybe a combination of both with a great tasting coffee flavor drink. A definite must try in the area if you are looking for a healthy option. Also that's a protein waffle in the picture that they have there, super delicious 😋.
