Visited this location twice on vacation. Both times we were missing biscuits and had smalls when larges were ordered. The second time the food was also soaked in grease and inedible. The AI ordering system probably doesn’t help.
If you REALLY want good Bojangles, spend the extra time and visit the Jacksonville location.

Recalibrate the soda machine would be a start. The staff seemed nice and tried to make it right by giving us some bottled water(which was appreciated. We went through the drive through and it took forever 😔 The Bo-pork chop biscuit was over cooked pretty bad. It was the first time I had Bo-Jangles.... I must say that I was completely disappointed. I don't mean to be mean. I really don't. You asked what y'all could do to make it better, so I gave suggestions. Please, have a good day and stay positive 👍

The service for me was 5 star, it took a little minute but my chicken was fresh so I wasn’t trippin. As far as the chicken and biscuits I had, wasn’t the best I ever had but it wasn’t the worse once you added the honey and hot sauce. Can’t speak on the sides. Haven’t tried.

The food was as expected, but the service was disappointing. I was the only customer in the drive-thru this morning, yet the staff asked me to pull forward and park while waiting for my order. They explained that waiting at the window would negatively affect their service time score. When I declined, the shift supervisor came out and repeated the request. It was surprising and disappointing to be asked to help manipulate a performance metric rather than simply being served at the window.

Almost every table was dirty with crumbs and grease. The lady behind the counter was nice but she messed up both of our orders I ordered mash potatoes and got fries and they shorted my buddy a biscuit on his meal then when he asked her if it came with it, she said no, but it shows that it’s is included on the picture of the number 10 pic below. Place needs an intervention from corporate ASAP!
