This was my first, not so good experience eating at this Franchise. The restaurant was smelling delicious but after about a 15-20 minute wait, my chicken tenders were not fresh and the food did not have it's normal kick. To give credit, the fries were piping hot and seasoned well.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a mobile pickup order yesterday and sat at the window for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally did, she told me they were completely out of biscuits (at 2 PM) along with most of their other items. I had ordered a Cajun Filet Biscuit Combo, and instead of offering any substitutions or help, she just stared at me like I was supposed to figure it out myself. No guidance, no alternatives, just “we’re out.” During that awkward silence, she turned around and started yelling to her coworkers and laughing, clearly not caring at all about the situation. She then told me to “cancel the order” after they had already marked it as completed, which meant I couldn’t cancel it and still haven’t gotten my money back.
I’ve never felt more disrespected. If you’re understaffed plus out of biscuits and chicken at a chicken place, do us a favor and close for the day. Beyond unprofessional

Ordered drive thru. When I received my food my sandwich wasn’t plain like I ordered, one of my drinks was wrong, and the rest of my food was cold. The large black woman with a lazy eye claiming to be the manager dug through the bag, touching every food item with her bare hands, and said the food was “warm enough”. She agreed to only remake the sandwich. I was disgusted and just wanted a refund at this point. I was told they had to “call a manager to give a refund” so that took about 10 minutes. I paid in exact cash $21.46 and was shorted 20¢.

Took forever to be waited on. One of the employees made a mess in the dinning room and didn't clean it up. Reported it to the manager and she could care less. The whole dinning area was nasty and I noticed that one of the employees in the back was touching food without gloves. The employees were not busy and were too busy playing to take care of the customers and dinning area.
