This was the worst Bojangles I have ever went to! Me and my Family were visiting St Augustine and were so excited to see there was a Bojangles near by. The Women that took our order was so unfriendly and cold to us. They guys in the back making our food were cussing very loudly and we had 2 kids with us. When the food finally came out, it was absolutely horrible! We complained about it but the lady never offered us any compensation what so ever and had an attitude! We ate as much as we could but left most of the food behind and left! To top it all off, 3 of us got very sick that night and threw up! The Chicken was not cooked all the way and there was blood all around the chicken legs, it was so gross! This all happened on March 26th, in the evening right after dark! Someone needs to look in to this restaurant immediately!

This bojangles is the worst I’ve ever seen. We waited over ten minutes for a simple order, and I’m a bojangles connoisseur and this has NEVER happened before. Also, I was expecting a hot chicken filet chicken if I waited so long, but no. It wasn’t that warm at all. Outrageous. They also forgot our sauces. Some serious work needs to be done with the service here.

Ordered a 12 piece fried chicken dinner and realized after getting home (30 min away) they gave me a box of overcooked tenders instead of fried chicken.

Change your store hours on google and on the door to 9:30 if you’re going to stop cooking food before then and throw drinks out early. The doors were locked at 9:20, by the time I got to the drive thru they had 3 tenders left and no tea.

Didn't have the items I wanted to order. I waited 5 min for someone to come wait on me at the counter there was only 3 people in the restaurant and it's fast food.
While waiting for a door dash order, several customers came in, ordered their food, paid, ate their food, then left. We were still waiting for door dash order that was previously ordered. After all that they inform us that they have to make the order. No urgency on behalf of employees.

Got here at 6:30am and all tables were dirty and you could tell the kitchen was never cleaned the evening before. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant but this place was nasty.
