Mgr came out to see if everything was good. It was. They were shorthanded but we got our food quickly exactly how we wanted it. The few there stepped up. Good job!!
We went Bojangles to get our fried food fix . Lobby not too busy . Drive through busyer. Had a small wait. We could see they were short of help . Doing the best they could. Kept their cool . Our meal was great . The young man who took our order was polite, and helpful. Mgr came out to talk to the various customers in the lobby .Calm , friendly, professional. Did a great job for being short of help .

I placed an online order for enough food to feed 20 people to be picked up Easter morning. The order was placed and we showed up to pick everything up and it was a perfect order. The lady , I believe to be the manager was terrific. She opened everything to double check the order before we left. Making sure it was correct. Awesome job!? Thank you so much! Stellar service !

So I drive by Bojangles and think, it's been a while, let's give it a try. I'm able to drive directly to the menu board, I see the #9 and I see the "dirty rice" and I hit go (I was considering going to Chick-fil-A just down the street, closer to the charger I'm heading to). The lady said "20 minutes" before the rice would be done. I'm like it's 12:30 pm and there's no one here in line, why wait on rice? I drove to Chick-fil-A.I just happen to be back this way a couple of days later and it's Sunday so the line now for Bojangles is long. I am waiting because I want some chicken and dirty rice. I wait at least 20 minutes before getting to the menu board, but at least this time no additional wait on rice. I got to the window, the lady was nice enough if not seemingly inexperienced. I asked for napkins and as I drove off noticed there were no utensils for the rice, I walked in and at this point thought to myself why am I doing this, why did I decide to stop here again? I drove to the charger, unpacked the food and what do you know. No buffalo sauce on the Mac n cheese I decided to try a few bites of and no dirty rice, instead, some pinto beans which I actively stay away from. This would not have happened at Chick-fil-A or any of several places I've been going to recently. I guess I've gotten spoiled. At any rate, I know now what I can expect from Bojangles. It's going to be a while before I forget this experience. ✌?*No photos are needed for this spot, just don't bother going in my opinion.Parking: Standard accomodations.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard accomodations.

I think the few people who work here are doing their best but they are severely understaffed id say. Great food, just don’t go if you are in a hurry. They either need better management or better pay if they can’t keep employees.

We stopped here leaving St. Augustine on vacation. Never ate at a Bojangles before but definitely will stop by again if they all, hopefully, run the same. Fresh chicken, the biscuits were better than Bob Evans (which is huge for me), delicious sweet tea and seasoned fries.

Their chicken is good and their biscuits are even better but the service is always slow. Partly because they make chickens to order.
