Slow geting food. Guy in back putting topping on pizza with no gloves dont no where his hands been or hair nets cook wiping sweat off his head then putting topping on pizza nastey they did give refund but how many pepole ate had sweat on there

Burned beyond recognition garlic cheese bread served almost cold. Horrible cauliflower crust pizza served with burned chicken and cold after a 40 minute wait. Avoid it his place worst food I’ve had on my visit.

Inside was crowded, but it was beautiful sitting outside and plenty of seats. Loved being able to write and play games on the tables indoors.
Went in one evening and ordered wings. Restaurant was full. Server Kate drops the wings in front of me, goes to the back and washes them off and then brings them right back to me. Right in front of me. Then another server/cashier proceeded to make a huge dramatic scene about Borrillo’s being such an awful excuse of a restaurant, while threatening to quit. Everyone left. Look at other negative reviews if you don’t believe and judge for yourself. Just the way the owner mocks their customers.

THE AUDACITY of either an employee or owner, whoever that dude was. At the counter we ordered wings as an appetizer and a pizza. We definitely specified we wanted the wings as an app, but they weren’t ready until after we got the pizza. That wasn’t a big deal though. My husband asked the hostess for a refund and everything was good. HOWEVER, thennn a male employee brought out the wings and put them on our table. My husband said we aren’t paying for those, the employee said “yeah you are” and walked away. So that didn’t sit well with us obviously and my husband let the man know we weren’t paying for it with some not so nice words cause tf? The male employee said “you should have said you wanted it as an app.” We definitely did but you know you can’t argue with stupid. So we took the pizza home because that guy was a prick. Pizza was fine. The lady at the counter was nice. The short guy who brought out the wings, he needs to get lost.
This place is absolutely horrendous. We sat there for an hour and a half, and only two of us received our food. Every time we inquired about it, we were told it was “burnt” and they were making a new one, then 30 minutes would go by and we would get told the same thing. Every time I spoke to the woman at the cash register she had a different excuse but yet would bring out the same meal for other people. She was definitely high, she was twitchy and couldn’t get anyone’s order or total straight. After a frustrating hour and half we left with only half of our party having eaten. When confronted about our alleged “burnt” meal again, she claimed she never took that order to begin with. When asked for a refund she would only call her manager for one of us because she said she was “breast feeding and didn’t want to bother her”, despite the fact that we had a paid for an order we never received. 0 stars, avoid this place like the plague.
