Fun, almost trendy, yet homey, locals hangout. Seriously. I just applied for a job with Putnam County & saw a few of their employees having lunch! All natural ingredients... no cancer-causing chemical margarine, thankfully! Homemade everything! Two kinds of quiche were being prepared when I walked in. Cards, gifts & t-shirts... alas, no jewelry (sigh). Hot coffee, Lattes, Mochas, teas, comfort foods & protein shakes, yes!! I highly recommend stopping in, if driving to or through Palatka. The California or Egg sandwiches are sunptuous. I'm selecting one of their Daily Special 1/2 artisan sandwich with a cup of soup next visit Street parking & parking lot across the street.
Wonderful food at the cafe and great selection in the bookstore as well as kind and courteous staff in both.

Great Sandwiches. The Smoked Ham Panini and Chicken Salad were big and tasty. Relaxed place. Friendly service. Nice to have some variety.
