We chose the Pub on Anastasia for the “after party” on our wedding day. We really enjoyed the wide selection of karaoke songs and how many of our guests decided to get there and sing. The Pub on Anastasia also has outdoor seating for guests who prefer to socialize in a quieter setting.

Drinks were mid, the bartender was nice, no food, ONLY one bathroom per gender and they were DISGUSTING!We only went there for the karaoke. We can buy drinks anywhere. Upon entering, I went up to the DJ booth and put in 2 songs, as I thought we would be staying long enough. There appeared to be 5-7 (less than 10) names above mine. As time progressed, I realized something was amiss. Two hours went by without being called. When I asked the bartender, she said that if you TIP them, they will bump you to the top! She goes up to the booth and informs me there were now 7 more people in front of me. After 2 hours, I had not gotten to sing and was not interested in paying to sing now (or EVER). We closed our tabs and just as we were about to leave, they called me to sing, 2.5 hours after arriving. So, heads up, prepare to pay to sing unless you don't mind waiting all night...

Due to staying at the hotel next door, we decided to stop in and enjoy a few drinks on a Friday night. Do not visit if you wish for any specific liquor. This pub only serves well liqour! I opted for a Corona since I was not going to drink whatever well liquor it was they were serving. The bartenders were not the friendliest. I observed the bartenders and bar back drinking beer and taking shots while working during my visit here. The draft beers people were ordering kept running out and the bartenders would have to keep leaving the bar to figure that situation out. The Front Door to the bar locks at a certain hour and an alarm would set off if pushing it open. I find this to be super annoying and a safety concern. To exit you then have to push pass the swarm of college age kids to exit out the back into a parking lot instead of the front door onto the main sidewalk that is well lit. The only thing that kept me was the karaoke that was going on and I enjoyed that.

Jack the bartender was pretty damn cool. Slow Saturday afternoon but was entertaining. Sage started singing and all was forgotten. What a beautiful voice! My first time visiting. Won't be my last for sure!
