Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Stopped in for ice cream on a Saturday afternoon and was not busy. My kids wanted waffle cone bowls but only wanted one scoop of ice cream, and the young man told us he couldn't do it unless we wanted 2 or more scoops. I asked if we could get crumbled waffle cone as a topping on one scoop, and he said yes and proceeded to crumble up an entire waffle bowl and put it on one scoop. I'm not sure why he couldn't have just put it in the waffle cone bowl, but whatever. I'm also confused as to why he went to the back to get 3 of our 4 scoops of ice cream. Anyway, ice cream was good. It was $22 for 4 single scoops of ice cream, 2 with a waffle cone bowl topping and one in a waffle cone.

For weeks they've been "out" Graham Central Station... I call ahead cuz I live a fair distance away. And have actually gone to Palm Coast and gotten it there and brought it home because they seem to stock all the ice creams that they offer. Besides the hours of operation never being consistent, it seems the staff is very put off by simply inquiring and happy to serve sarcasm instead.

The best part was the small vanilla ice cream. There was no where to sit because a party had taken all the chairs. There was one person in service. And the flavors of our Oreos were a bit stale. Maybe come back for another try. Around 8 o’clock at night on a Friday.

The server was nice and friendly! The ice cream tasted 10/10 however, the portion was small for a reg sundae. They only accept the swipe option for credit cards! PLEASE ADD A CHIP INSERT and/or A TAP FUNCTION!

Excellent place for DELICIOUS ice cream!!! We had and loved; pineapple coconut, mint chocolate chip, butter pecan, and cookies and cream.

The price is way too high. I got a tiny scoop of ice cream that I could eat in about 3 bites and it was $5. Then, there was a spot for a tip too….my tip is to make better ice creams for the price and pay your employees better instead of trying to pass it onto the customer through tipping.

I live 2 miles from Brusters, which is why I usually stop in when we are in the mood for a milkshake. But for almost double what most places charge, I brought home two drinks that were melted and watered down. It's less than 5 minutes to my house. Worst milkshakes we've ever had.

Service was friendly, but the staff is clearly not experienced or well trained when it comes to making milkshakes.

Parking: Parking is shared by all businesses in the plaza, parking is not in short supply.

I just tried Bruster's and it is excellent. The creamy ice cream is like home made! I had the "white turtle" hot fudge sundae. when other reviewers said that Bruster's doesn't skimp on toppings they were correct! lots of whipped cream and hot fudge, perfect size.

Picture doesn't do cup of salted caramel ice cream justice because I had already eaten most of it... but my goodness, that was the best ice cream I've had in a long time. So smooth, creamy, tasty and salty. Why didn't I know about this chain? I shall return...

Best ice cream shop I have been to! The staff members are always friendly and always smile. They do an amazing job. The ice cream is delicious!

Me and hubby went here tonight and got banana split and they where great will be back to try other things and was great prices and the guy that waited on me was so nice and polite

Went to this location at 8 pm 10/2/23 to find all the tables and chairs had been put away. Noticed there was an hour before closing so we pulled out a table and chairs so we could enjoy our ice cream. The employee informed us, with a disingenuous smile and passive aggressive tone, that the dining area was closed because high school students work there and have to be up early in the morning. Never mind that it wasn't even 8:30 yet and the store closes at 9 pm. The website does not state anything about the dining room or store closing early. I asked him how long it took him to put away the table and chairs ( 1 table and 4 chairs) He said "What?!" in a combative tone. I told him we would happily put back everything just the way we found it when we arrived. We were there maybe a total of 15-20 min. Plenty of time to put them back and still close and leave at a decent hour. Clear cut case of a terrible employee sacrificing customer service and experience for so little gain. My wife heard him call us an expletive to another customer as we were leaving the store. So classy. 2 stars only because the ice cream was good.
