I left there feeling fueled, satisfied and healthy. The atmosphere in and around this restaurant is welcoming, entertaining and inviting. I finally know what happened to the building that once housed The Present Moment, which I believe was the only fully-vegan restaurant in the area. Buena Onda seems to be a spiritual successor, but I'm not sure how connected the two are.
Ordering is convenient: you simply order at the register and your food is brought to you. Most things are vegan or can be made vegan. There's also a little Micro Market in the back which sells various locally-made items and wines.
Overall the food was great. I had the day's special which was mushroom fritatas. I also had a lemon scone and a glass of Black Cat kombucha.

Dude. I just had a life changing grilled cheese sammich. Never before has a plate of food given me a tummy boner as this did. Homies in the back whipping up pure magic. If it was an open kitchen I'd've hopped over that bar and gave each of them a smooch. Needless to say we will be back soon.

this will be a very short review. There’s great restaurants and then there are restaurants that I’ll drive back 2+ hours from Orlando to just eat and This is the one I’ll do any day all day !!! Enough said Bravo !!!!
Glad we stopped. Popular breakfast spot that serves delicious traditional breakfast items with a vegetarian twist. Had the Potato Frittata Sandwich with a fried egg. It was delicious. It had an herb Dijon aioli on the fresh Ciabatta bread and a side of roasted pepper romesco sauce. Fantastic
