Horrible place. My boyfriend and i waited 10 minutes just to be noticed by the host, we asked for a booth then had to wait another 5 for one to be cleaned off. After sitting for 30 minutes waiting on a server we got up and left. I’m not sure who the server was in our area, and I’m not sure why you were serving others around us, looked at us and still didn’t even say “I’ll be right with you” but please do better. We didn’t even get drinks.

I placed a order at 6:20 got told my order was going to be ready at 6:52 they had so many orders messed up the food was cold cost me 40$ for cold food the manager came out saying it was getting n bagged but nothing fresh and it wasn’t even bust my wings wasn’t even hot you can tell it’s been sitting we came from Jacksonville on a trip to Tampa I’m to hungry to go back on top of giving us the wrong food , it being cold :/ so upset they did say they’ll give us a refund so I’m happy for that just upset this happen

When I ordered my food, garden salad and cheese sticks it took them 45 minutes to bring my food and there were only 6 other families so they wasn't busy, no excuse for taking 45 minutes for the most simplest items. If you're not a burger eater or chicken eater, don't go..

I visited the restaurant this evening 1/30 and had an incredibly frustrating experience with the take-out service. The employee with black hair clearly didn’t know how to do her job. I told her my name three times, and she still couldn’t find my Uber Eats order. After I repeated myself several times, another employee finally stepped in and found the order, which made the first one’s lack of effort even more obvious.
On top of that, I had a random person digging through my bag and no one bothered to address it. When I finally checked my order, there were barely any fries in the box, and the wings were undercooked. I’ll be filing a complaint with Uber Eats for a refund. The service was unprofessional, and the staff definitely needs proper training to avoid wasting people’s time and money.

Maybe 5 tables full and still. Took forever to get our drinks out food. Literally 35min after we ordered and got the order wrong…fried were cold….And forget any drink refills or condiments your food will be cold by the time they arrive!

I ordered the 20/20 deal through the app on the way home from picking my son up from the hospital. He was looking forward to wings. We only received 15 of the traditional wings. Knowing mistakes happen, I called and explained the issue. The person who answered was very polite and apologetic and said she would get the manager on the phone to make it right. I was on hold for 10 minutes and nobody came back on the line.
I would suggest if anyone orders online, they check the order before bringing it home. The order was in a 20 count box so we didn’t count the wings. Lesson learned. Will not get wings again from here.

Don't bother wasting time coming to this location. I've been to other locations of this chain and have never experienced the worst service until I came here. One side of the building was empty and it took 20 minutes for my party to be escorted to a table. The staff just keptnlooking over as if they were trying to avoid not serving us. Then we sat for 20 minutes and not one server came to us to greet us nor offer anything to drink.

I visited the Buffalo Wild Wings location at 318 State Rte 312, St. Augustine, FL 32086. I have several complaints about my visit. For one, it took a server 15 minutes to take our drink order which is unacceptable. The restaurant was not busy and staff appeared to be mingling around rather than serving the guests. When a server did come to take our order, we were informed that the speaking AYCE promo expired. This expiration occurred despite the blatant signage in the restaurant signaling its availability. This could be construed as false advertising. I have never taken the time to submit a web complaint for a restaurant but this event was egregious and I hope my criticism will result in positive changes for this location.
