This place just sucks. Came in was never acknowledged, no water, no we will be right with you, nothing for 15 minutes as two servers walked back and forth. 15 people lined up at the door, nobody ever came to greet them. As we left I told them all good luck and they followed us out. If this continues there they will be out of business within 6 months…too bad because other ones around the country are good. This one sucks.

Kristopher was the best waiter ever to have while watching the Jake vs Joshua boxing 🥊 match this past Friday.. He was very attentive to our table and others I saw he was very upbeat and always had a smile 😊.Thanks for the great service...

Terrible service and experience. No one cared about excellence, tried them for the first time, never again. Ashton the manager was smug and dismissive, the original server was overwhelmed and tried to bring food that had been in the window till dry as fresh , Mikah should never be in the industry.
Kris deserves 4 stars, he is the only saving grace of the night. Unfortunately he works for arrogant miscreants with no character.

Update: tried this place one more time. And now i just wanna know how they are still open. They had a total of 4 people working and i stood at the door for ten minutes before one of them decided to address the people at the host stand. Laughable staff and wont be shocked at all when the doors close soon. Absolutely incompetent staff. Waited for fifteen minutes for a to go order before they told me it hadn't even been started. Ended up waiting there almost 30 minutes to pick up my food.

Their takeout timing is a zero. I've tried twice on online ordes. Placed order at 12:41pm on the app, email said will be ready by 1pm. Knowing that they take longer, I arrived at 1:12pm and the order is still not ready. This is on a Friday at lunch time but the restaurant is empty. Four customers at the bar, 4 seated in 3 separate tables. How do you explain the delay? They gave me my order at 1:17pm, room temperature, missing the soda, no veggies and the fries portion for a child.

Food- was incredible and got to us fast Service- Mia was terrific and very attentive to our needs Atmosphere- although food and service was great, the place itself was dirty and the restroom was even worse, what makes it bad is that I informed them about it and did nothing about it, disappointed.
Monday early evening 4:30. Very few patrons. No wait staff visible only barmaid and she paid no attention even after waving. Stood by hostess counter 15 minutes before very rude host finally came out of kitchen area. He motioned to follow. He walked to far corner of tables tossed menues on table and continued walking with never making eye contact and disappeared thru corner door. I told spouse we are leaving and we did. With this pathetic display of first contact, I wasn't interested in the idea of what the rest of the service and meal would be.

Terrible experience. My family and I visited this Buffalo Wings location on 11/23/2025 around 7:30 PM, and the service was unacceptable from start to finish. We were a group of nine, including five kids, and our server never checked on us, never updated us, and didn’t communicate anything.
Food was delivered to the wrong table, several meals and sides were missing, and my youngest niece waited an hour and a half for a kids’ chicken finger meal with no apology. My order was incomplete, my son got his fries after he finished eating, and my husband received the wrong side and didn’t get the correct one until he was already done.
The lack of communication, care, and basic customer service was unbelievable. Easily the worst dining experience we’ve ever had.

We have given this location three tries. Each time it gets worse than the last. The steak sandwich was dried up pieces of steak and a tiny bit of cheese. Fries were old and cold. And forget about the sides. They are tiny and very expensive. And to top things off you now have to pay a dollar to have three slimy celery sticks with your meal. Never again.
