This place is not a sports bar. As being the only two customers in this place for 4 hours we are not allowed to hear the sound of any game even after asking. Not baseball, basketball, football or anything. Just terrible music dictated by management staff not in the store to talk to trying to create a ‘vibe’.
We are outnumbered by staff 8 staff to 2 customers. History shows that we will likely get a response to this review to “Fill out a BWW form” but the reality is that any feedback has shown that management will be ignoring customers and not changing a thing. The goal is to please corporate instead of customers.
If you are looking for a real sports bar go anywhere but here.

Came in at 12:00 today and sat myself at the bar. After 2 staff members made eye contact but never said a word , walked behind the bar, made drinks, gave a coworker some ice for his personal cup and then walked to the back. She remerged came behind the bar, looked at me, said nothing, grabbed napkins and silverware and walked away. Wasnt super busy 2 prople on the floor doing customerless side work. A larger group sat down they were also seen and not acknowledged, after anther 5 minutes I walked out. What a waste of a great location, the staff is the worst I've seen in any restaurant. Wheres the management? Where is leadership?

Stopped in here on our way to a concert. It was early so the atmosphere was quiet. We were sat immediately. The restaurant was clean. The server was friendly and attentive. Food came out hot and fresh. Did have to ask for a refill on my drink and that is a pet peeve. Other than that, everything was as it should be.

Upon our arrival, the bartender was responsible for seating us, but after being shown to our table, we were ignored for more than 15 minutes while numerous staff members walked by without a word. It felt like they were in a world of their own. It's no surprise that many restaurants are struggling these days. It's crucial to provide better training for your staff!

False advertisement, first and last visit. Asked to correct my bill not to give me anything for free. Manager stated that he cannot subtract $4.99 extra charges. I live in this town for 20 years and I can tell you there are many better places than this place. Do NOT come to to this place, period!
