This place was near Casa De Solana Bed &Breakfast inn, we just walk in and order. We must said it was a great experience sense the moment we walk in. The gentlemen on the door, our server, the food and the attention to the need of the customer. My Wife burger was not well done, we told our server, she, right away took it back, the cook make a new one and server it. Wow . Thanks. Great Custer service. We will go back. Specially we like a sing that said: disconnect, talk to each other. Nice. Thanks guys
We (family of 3) ducked into Burger Buckets to get out of the heat and grab a bottled water. We ended up staying for cold beer, shared burger and larger german pretzel. We sat at the bar and had interactions with several wait staff and management. Everyone was friendly and the food and ice cold beer hit the spot.
I highly recommend this casual dining restaurant. We had the cheeseburger with fries and the mild Buffalo chicken wings with onion rings for an appetizer. All the food was great but I highly recommend the chicken wings, they had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. The service was also great, very friendly atmosphere.
Had a great dinner here with my two best friends and our 5 kids. Everything was delicious. We had fresh food and it was quick to come out. The meat was delicious. Perfect seasoning. Fries were great! The meat/bun ratio was fantastic too ?? Our waitress was so efficient, sweet and nice. I saw her act of kindness and I just wanna say it's so wonderful to see people care about people! ❤️ Every employee that I saw tonight was friendly and full of smiles. We will definitely be back! ☺️
Came across this place when visiting St Augustine from the UK. It was a completely random find but we are so glad we found it.We were shown to our table fairly quickly and were greeted by our fantastic server Ashley. Ashley asked how we were and initially took our drinks. She was then patient with us and allowed us a few mins to decide what we wanted to order. My wife ordered 10 chicken wings and I ordered a bucket of chicken tenders. Ashley asked us if we wanted any additional sauce with these and brought them on a handy tray with some wet wipes (which are well needed with the wings!).The food arrived really quickly. The wings were fantastic and had so much meat on them. They had plenty of sauce on them and the sauce wasn't over powering. This was accompanied by celery which was nice. The chicken tenders were spot on - Nice and tender with a fantastic coating! This came with coleslaw and fries which were the best fries that we've had this holiday (or vacation as you guys say).Ashley came back several times to ensure we were okay and to see if we needed anything. The bill came to a reasonable amount and we gave Ashley a well deserved tip. We've been to St Augustine several times over the past few years and we will definitely be returning on our next trip. For any visitors cautious about Covid, this place is very clean and the servers regularly clean the tables.Keep up the good work guys. I'll be sure to recommend you to other Brits!
We have visited for years… loved getting a burger and milkshake! The burgers are good, the fries are great! Tempura battered. The best part was you could mix and match whatever ice cream flavors and toppings to make your perfect milkshake to go with your meal. But when we visited this week we saw they re-did their restaurant to expand seating and totally did away with the ice cream and milkshakes. Now it’s just an ordinary burger stop. Nothing worth driving out the way for. We used pay $15 to park in town just so we could go to Burger Buckets. Now we may not even stop by while we’re in town already. Too many other really great places to eat. You can get a burger anywhere.
Service sucked wait 10 min for someone to set us in a empty restaurant. Manager tonya is very rude and messed up the bill tree times . Try adding 18% to all three bills because we had 8 people. It did not say anything about it menu say over 9 it would be add. Food was not that good.
My boyfriend and I decided to eat lunch here yesterday after a long day of walking around St.Augustine and spending some time at the beach. He had seen the sign for it earlier in the weekend and kept saying we had to go there before we left town, so we made it our last food stop of our trip. When we went inside, the staff was so nice and inviting. Our waiter was super kind and funny, and got our food to us pretty quickly! My boyfriend has the doughnut cheeseburger, which he LOVED and basically inhaled.? I just had a hamburger with pickles and onions (because I’m very plain?) and it was probably the best burger I’ve ever had from a restaurant! Perfectly cooked and just the right amount of toppings! We definitely weren’t disappointed! This has made it onto our “MUST go” list for every St.Augustine visit!!!
Hey *insert your name here*. I know what you’re thinking. Why would I want to eat at a burger joint when I’m in the foodie capital of the east? Here’s a few reasons why you should:1) because, to quote Jules Winnfield, “this is some serious gourmet *stuff*”. You’d be hard pressed to find a better burger around and they have amazing specials. Cheese burger topped with house made maple fudge infused with bacon? Yes please.2) maybe you don’t want to spend $30 a plate like everywhere else in old town. That 30 bucks easily gets you dinner for two and unlimited refills of some of the best sweet you’ll find on either side of the Florida Georgia line.3) maybe you place incredible service above everything else and just like being treated like the king/queen you are.Bonus: where else you going to get a hot dog with Mac and cheese on top and a mimosa to wash it down with? I’ll tell you; no where else.Do yourself and this (Christian!) mom and pop a favor and stop on in.
The Burgers were So Good and the corn nuggets!! Our table host Dallas was friendly and welcoming! It did not disappoint!

We loved the burger with the bacon cut into it. They have changed the menu. It’s no longer available. Very sad about that. The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because of our server Mike B. He hasn’t been there long but he was attentive and kind. The food was less than good. I can’t recommend this restaurant any longer. They need to bring back the old menu and the old cook. Oh and looks like the ice cream shop is gone. So there’s that. Want a milk shake? Go somewhere else.
Good burger. Nice and tasty. I couldn't imagine eating 4 of those in under 11 minutes to set the Burger Bucket record and save $60 on a meal, although I thought about it. Haha. I would eat here again.
Delicious burgers, cooked perfectly medium well unless preferred otherwise. Fries were delicious and soda was bottomless. I brought three of my kids there with me on a Sunday around 3pm and we were seated immediately outdoors on the patio. Next door there was live music, so that was a bonus! The owners are Christians and have a wonderful mission statement on their menu an d indoors they play Contemporary Christian music, which was a treat! I docked one star simply due to the place needing to be upkept better as far as mopping, dusting of nooks and crannies and the bathrooms needing to eb more sanitary. Perfect place for lunch in St. Augustine!
The service was top notch from the moment we stepped in the door. The host had a great personality that entertained the kids. Our server Joe was fast and courteous. My husband had a nice conversation with the owner about food challenges. The food was so good it dint need any sauce. The place is definitely a must try!
Absolute great place for burgers and you should get your food within a couple of minutes and I mean like 3 to 5. Just a great place for a 7 oz Burger cook your way or whatever you fancy. Staff is great and the place is clean. A bit pricey but for the service and contribution to the area keeping employees employed I had no problem leaving a 30% tip on a $35 lunch.
