Honestly was just passing through on a long drive. I love BK, so I thought I’d stop there. My food was cold. My whopper was beyond soggy. My fries were cold and you could tell they had been rewarmed. Customer service was bare minimum.

This place needs a new owner. The drive-thru can only take one order at a time. Meaning one car orders and then goes through the drive-thru by itself. Then they take the next order and that car goes to the drive-thru. Guess the new normal is people that can't multitask. It is 3:48 in the afternoon and it took me 10 minutes with one car ahead of me to get two Whopper Juniors that I ordered on the app in advance. It's no wonder Burger King is going down hill compared to other restaurants. I love the burgers.

Lazy employees cannot count correct cash change back would rather be on the phone talking to their friends then taking orders from customers incorrect Foods in the bag cold reheated french fries meat on the Buns what's cold and dry buns were soggy as if something was spilled on them Ben the burger throwing together. I'm allergic to mustard told them absolutely no mustard on my sandwich they put extra mustard on it it's a shame when you have a 35.00 meal that nobody can eat even the coffee was cold Burger King has gone downhill so bad this particular one just needs to close the doors and call it quits you need to clean out their milkshake machine when you order a vanilla milkshake and it tastes like cherry or strawberry and has it strawberry in the bottom of it covered up with the vanilla. People have allergies you're going to kill somebody this is ridiculous totally unsafe people there

WARNING EMPLOYEE INSIDE CRIME THEFT OPERATION HERE !!!!!!!!!
I came here and ordered the 5 dollar meal deal. After giving my debit card, employee would not give receipt. When I asked stated it was " on the bag." The bag there was a ticket that confirmed what I ordered (5 dollar meal deal) but nothing other than that. The next day I see my bank was charged 30 dollars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bring this to the managers attention the following days and show her my ticket on bag and my bank statement. She says it would of been impossible for that to happen. Even when I confronted her with the proof, I asked her as a manager to please look into the situation as there may be crime committed. She says " she can help me."
I get a hold of a regional manager. They at first open to help. I send them supporting documents, then they ghosted me.
Stop stealing from innocent people! Shame on the company and this location!
