This location either needs a new manager or a new franchisee. It is routinely pathetically slow, I have been in line and can't get out for 30 minutes at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. I am fuming. I'm not complaining any further. I just won't be back. I am so disappointed.

The place is very dirty and filthy
Glass door to enter is full of hand prints,
Kiosk monitor full of hand prints and filty dirty, foundation machine full of mold.
Stay far away from it.
Only three people working.

Memorial day restaurants were crowded so we had to settle for Burger King... But, you know what? It was good! Granted, it's not 5 star restaurant quality, BUT,

I don’t leave many reviews but after waiting at the drive through menu intercom fora solid 10 minutes waiting for the rude lady to take my order, then repeating my order 4 times so that the donkey on the other end could understand what a “number 1 meal” is, then being stuck in the drive through for another 20 minutes waiting for the food… I feel inspired to say something.

Staff were fine. We had a big order, which I apologized for, and I expected some things might be wrong in it. But the whole order was weirdly messed up, and the part I looked forward to was missing.

There isn't even anyone to take your order. It's all automated. If you're not user friendly, then I feel sorry for the hungry people. There were 4 staff on the line and 2 in the office just chatting. It took 20 plus mins to get our food and there was only one order ahead of us. Ridiculous!!! I watched one staff wipe her eye and then go back to bagging food. She had no gloves on and didn't wash or sanitize her hands before restarting. It was gross.

I ended up not ordering. They didn't have what I wanted. I was also put off by having to order on a screen instead of talking to a person.

We used drive thru on Saturday around 12:15 pm. Fries were cold, hamburger was ok but the employees were rude. Nasty ! I should have turned around in the major traffic and got new fries. I probably would have caused a scene and a call to law enforcement would have taken place. I’ll never return this establishment again !

Honestly was just passing through on a long drive. I love BK, so I thought I’d stop there.
My food was cold. My whopper was beyond soggy. My fries were cold and you could tell they had been rewarmed. Customer service was bare minimum.
