As Burger King, The Famous Flame Broil never disappoints. The staff is great, but all the flaws are a fault of the big corporate greed. If only the greedy corporate officers would sacrifice bonuses to uplift morale and enthusiasm, you would see an increase in employee and customer satisfaction. That alone would drive sales and an increase in customer returns. This would put the Flame back in Burger King.

We’ve been here twice… the last visit was 4 months ago. Their playground looks cool and the little one was stoked but it was “Temporary closed”. I’m assuming it’s never going to reopen.#Closed since 2007

I ordered an Impossible whopper with lettuce, tomato, pickles, no mayo. When I got it an already left it was smothered in mayo had no pickles at all. Do not eat here.

However, despite the efficiency of the system, the staff’s demeanor came across as somewhat indifferent; while not overtly unfriendly, the level of engagement and attentiveness did not exceed basic expectations for fast-food service.

Regarding the food itself, the burger I ordered met the anticipated standard for a quick-service restaurant chain. The patty was adequately cooked and the toppings fresh enough to be acceptable, although the temperature of the meal suggested that it had been prepared slightly in advance rather than freshly assembled to order. The fries were moderately warm and crisp, though lacking the robust seasoning that could make them stand out among competitors. Im hoping the manager finds people willing to show up for work! He was very nice, but we still waited for over 15 min for our online order after we were told to park for our order. When I walked in, the new shift wasn't aware of our order. They were very nice about making it fresh.

I had bad experience at this store # 2325 I walked in store around after 2pm waited at counter to be waited on people in Restaurant eating no one was in line but me. The guy was at the counter said Caucasian guy said if you can use the kiosk I looked at him and looked at the The kiosk. Kiosk was dirty like full of spit on the kiosk which haven’t been cleaned in a while from the looks of it I told him I’m not using that kiosk it’s dirty. It’s filthy
Then he says I can wait on you. I said never mind. I’ll get the store number then I’ll call higher management and I left out.
He should’ve said that the first time when I walked in, I can wait on you but no, he said use the kiosk. Some people don’t like their jobs or don’t wanna work at all. Go home and stay home somewhere. Don’t go to work if you don’t wanna be around people I didn’t get to spend anything in there because I left out my husband taking me to Zaxby’s because I wasn’t feeling good and I needed something in my stomach , just felt weak. I wanted the whopper meal, didn’t happen, because of the bald headed Caucasian guy.

3rd time visiting this place. I asked for a hot, out of the fryer chicken sandwich. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. They had only 1 job- couldn't do it, any of the 3 times. I was the only one in line. The sandwiches are always borderline, half cold/half room temp. I don't understand why this is so hard?- Why lie?
