We are from Naples where our BK employees aren't the nicest. The woman who took our order in this drive thru was the sweetest human being ever! Great customer service. Wish we lived closer!

I was just there and ordered the adam’s family meal. which is advertised to come with onion rings. i checked my bag before driving off to find there was no onion rings. i asked the lady at the window and she gave me a dirty look. i called the store, i asked for a manager… i think its the same lady. she tells me you have to ask for the onion rings. they need to work on advertisement.
