Worst drive thru ever. Been stuck in that line on three different occasions. First two I was able to bail out of line and find other options. Tonight 22 minutes to go thru the line. Terrible service on top of it. Never again. Drive the extra mile to Publix, pick up some hamburger meat, take it home and cook it fresh. You will still be ahead of the game.

Tried ordering on the website. It kept saying I had a duplicate account, but it didnt give the option to sign in or change password. Your online app is a mess. It is not the restaurants fault I couldn't place an online order through the BK app but this review had to go somewhere.

Great service by Tee and Dee and very satisfied by their great service, and the only reason I go is for my impossible whopper is the best a day they give me my meal and make me feel like giving this great review to them for their service

building is pretty clean but the staff seem highly disinterested in actually working. they wanted us to use the touch screen, which would have been fine, except it didn't work and they seemed highly annoyed about it. food also took forever.

We are from Naples where our BK employees aren't the nicest. The woman who took our order in this drive thru was the sweetest human being ever! Great customer service. Wish we lived closer!
