I recently visited Cafe Cairano for breakfast and had a fantastic experience! My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito and I opted for the salmon lox, and both were fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of taste. The food was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly, making for an overall wonderful start to the day!

Stopped in while I was waiting for a tow truck do to car would not start in parking lot.. Katelyn was awesome had awesome service and good conversation.. she was so kind offered to let my wife use her cell charger as above all else that was happening in the parking lot the cell was low on battery.. want to say big thanks to Katelyn for making a day of unexpected circumstances a lot better!

They're online menu is different than in store, which happens. I specifically came for gluten free pancakes that they didn't have. Aside from that, large, but dry pancakes at a decent price. 1 full stack and 1 short stack= 1 hour. Worth it? Absolutely not.
The server was nice, but clearly busy. Never stopped to ask if we needed anything etc, but that's because she had plenty to do.
Oh, and it's dirty. Tablecloths and placements covered in food crumbs and stains.

A nice little restaurant with good food! I had the Rachel and fries which were very good! Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. The only negative is the tables are placed very close to each other which makes it hard to get to an open table if they are crowded. But highly recommend this place for breakfast or lunch!

The door stated that this restaurant is the “neighborhood fave” for both ‘23 & ‘24. The server took our order, dropped the drinks and then we saw her maybe once within the 45 minute wait time for food. We did have a larger party, but when the ticket consists of waffles, a couple omelets & some toast it shouldn’t take that long. We asked for unsweet tea & were brought green tea ? The food was cold upon arrival, our eggs benedict wasn’t fully cooked. Also, I could tell they used a pre-made avocado mash just by the taste. The grits we got were..I’m really not sure what but definitely not grits. Overall, don’t trust the rating stated on Facebook and Google.

Great food for cheap. Very accommodating between my large group and toddler. Breakfast sandwich was perfect. Portions were sizable and the staff were lovely.

If I can give this place negative stars, I would give 5 negative stars. The tables were dirty, they had nothing on the menu and young litte cook in the back was extremely rude. Not sure how this place is still open. Stay away from the filthy place with rude staff!

Quaint diner. Excellent Belgian waffles. The eggs benedict was good tasting, but the muffin was so hard I had to saw it several times to cut through it.

The western omelet was very well-cooked and the mimosa flight is a perfect starter. This is a delicious little find away from the hustle and bustle of WGV.

Great place for early breakfast! Fresh, tasty food. Prompt, professional, and friendly service. Open early (before 10 am). Golf rather dominates this area, so I was very surprised to find that most food joints are not open early. What if I have an 8 am Tee time and want breakfast with friends beforehand? Not many options. Cafe Cairano stands out way above the crowd in this regard, so among the folks eating, you will find several golf groups and other nice, early risers. I can see why they go. The food was at peak freshness, well prepared to order, the coffee was great. The service from kitchen to wait staff was fantastic!

This was my first and last experience here. Went here late Sunday morning. It was busy but plenty staffed. I waited 5 minutes until I was acknowledged. Then after seating myself I waited another 10 mins to order a drink. Overall it took 50 minutes to get my food. When I did it was barely warm and all undercooked. I could tell it was sitting for a while because the large group of people next to me that ordered 15-20 minutes after I did got their food at the same time.
