Just discovered Cafe Cairano today and was pleasantly surprised about how amazing mine and my husband's breakfast were. My husband had the breakfast sandwich. The bread used for the sandwich was soft and the eggs were seasoned and flavorful. He commented that the sandwich was the best he ever had. I had poached eggs, toast and fruit. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection (exactly as I asked for, medium poached) and I don't know what bread was used for the toast,...
The burger and fries I had were excellent! Probably the best burger I've had in a while. Although good, the service was very slow from sitting to eating it took nearly an hour and there was a total of 6 people in at the time. Not sure if short staffed or what, id give it another shot for the food.
Traveling home from Daytona, we decided to stop and have brunch. My daughter had waffles with Nutella drizzle and hash browns. Her friend had chicken fingers and fries. My husband had a burger and fries. I had a short stack of pancakes with bacon and hash browns. The seating was a little tight. The hash browns and bacon weren’t crispy as requested but the taste was wonderful. Everything tasted so great and the prices were below what you would expect to pay for fresh cooked food...
