Cajun Crab Hut

We were a party of 9. We ordered alcoholic drinks for the adults (5) and appetizers. My 17 year old son ordered wings and they were terrible. Everything else though, was really good, however, when we told them we didn’t like the wings and he would like to get the fried shrimp basket instead, at the end of the night when we got our bill, there was a charge on our bill for the 2 1/2 wings that he ate. yes, it was only five dollars, but it was the principal. How dare you make someone pay for food that they didn’t like and it wasn’t like we were trying to get anything free…..we literally spent over $300. As someone who’s been in the restaurant industry this is the most classless act I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.

I ordered online pickup and drove 45 mins and I got home I went to eat and I got a garlic butter with no spicy and there was no garlic butter just looked like water in my food. I called the store and they tried to argue with me saying the chef said he put it on it. I tried to explain it had no garlic or anything it looked like water and I was told to put it in the fridge and bring it back tomorrow.

Excellent service! Attentive, friendly staff. Fresh seafood cooked perfectly—lobster and snow crab leg were delicious. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend for a fantastic dining experience!

I recently visited Cajun crab hut and was really disappointed with the service. Our server was inattentive, and we had to ask for basic things like water and refills. The food was okay, but not worth the hassle. What really bothered me was the aggressive way they pushed for tips. The bill included a suggested tip amount that started at 18%, which was forced, especially given the poor service. I believe tipping should be based on the quality of service, and in this case, it wasn't deserved. Overall, a very disappointing experience. DON'T RECOMMEND FOR BIG PARTY TO EAT HERE.

if you are used to the juicy crab type of seafood boils, the save your money and try somewhere else.

we were charged $200 for the absolute worst seafood boil that we’ve ever had. our server was great but the food was not. there was a lack of seasoning and spice, even though they are boasting about the spices used on the website.

my family had the seafood boils and everything was overcooked. the eggs were turning green on the inside and basically mush once picked up. i ordered crab cakes and cajun fries. the crab cakes were the best part and there wasn’t any kind of spice on the fries, let alone cajun seasoning.

The food was hot and crispy. Our waitress was fast and friendly too. Great place for seafood.

The food was amazing 😋 the only issue is that it was extremely salty & really raised my BP. I just hope that in the future they would consider lowering the sodium on their seafood. I did mention it to the wait staff. The place was really nice

I absolutely love this place The food is so good and their drinks are too The only reason why I don't give it a five star is because if you want to dine in they automatically add like a 20% tip to your table and then have the audacity to ask you for more lol definitely recommend sitting at bar or taking to go!

Awesome food and drinks. After calling ahead, we came in with a large party of 14 people and they were able to easily accommodate us. Drinks and food came out very quickly and the staff was extremely friendly with quick service.

This was our first time at Cajun Crab Hut and it definitely won't be our last. The food was excellent, the beer was ice-cold, and the service was fast and friendly.
