Cantina Louie (St. Augustine, FL)

I went there on November 28 at 9:30 at night to order takeout. They said the kitchen was closed. Meanwhile they're open till 11 PM number one number two instead of getting three tacos per plate. They gave me two my whole order was totally messed up and I spent over $150 and also tip kitchen staff and weight staff after that I do not recommend this place in my whole order was messed up to go order the weight. staff was nasty. Didn't want to do their job. I had to pay them to have the kitchen do my order. Meanwhile, it stays on the website that they're open till 11 PM so how is the kitchen close at 9:30 if the restaurant doesn't close until 11 PM

First2 times great last 3 times terrible what did you all do fire all your kitchen staff with cheaper help staff was wonderfully on granddaughters birthday party only her and my oldest son liked there food other 13 hated thers don't know what happened to you al will not be back for a while fix the problems

Tacos were good. The habanero sauce is good with the chips

Absolutely insanely good Mexican food. Got the birria tacos and I am still dreaming about them! They were incredible. Cheese dip = amazing. Food = amazing. Staff = amazing and friendly! Could not recommend enough!!

Food was just ok. Service was subpar. Seems like it would be a better experience for the menu prices. May give it another shot. May not.

Great food, good with cost, only complaint is it was very hot inside the overhead fans did not cool off the restaurant. Waitress was wonderful but I can’t remember her name.

Super friendly and fast service! We stopped here while shopping and had a great experience. The cheese dip was awesome, and we couldn't finish our entrees. My only complaint is that it wasn't quite cool enough inside to escape the heat of the day. I will come again!

The rating is for the manager. I left my debit card after having a mediocre dinner here. I immediately called when I got home and they located it. I informed them I was returning when they opened the next morning and they advised me to bring my ID. I went back when they opened the following morning and had to wait until the manager arrived to check if the card was there. I do not live close by. While I appreciate the caution I should have been assured that my card was found and given my card immediately upon showing my drivers license. Instead I was worried and wondering when the manager was going to arrive. After 15 minutes, she showed up and gave me my card. I will never eat here again for poor handling of a worried customer.

This place is kind of a hidden gem of the area— the food is really good and they have added a bar area since the last time we visited. Drinks are really good too. Service was excellent and you can buy shirts cups and other merchandise with their sugar skull logo. The decor is really neat too!

We took my daughter her for her birthday. There was nine of us. We did call ahead to let them know a large party was on their way. They had the tables ready for us when we arrived. The service was great and the food was good. We will definitely be back.
