I had a chance to talk to the owner Mack and listen to his story of how he built this small family owned business from an idea to serve popcorn to his troops where he was stationed to serve in the military . I highly recommend checking out this store for all the treats. It is certainly is a hidden gem!!!

The candied grapes were okay. The small in the pic was $15 and didn’t yield that much. No flavor, just tasted like sugar. The lady on the phone was rude when I called. Not sure it was worth the money.

But most importantly the funnel cakes are out of this world,so are the deep fried Oreos! We love trying all the different popcorn flavors like loaded baked potato popcorn! This is also our go to spot for freeze dried candy, chocolate covered goodies made in house and candy grapes,just keep in mind the candy grapes are made on the weekends unless you preorder them from their website. We can't wait for our next visit to Carnival Sweets!

You have to visit carnival sweets if you come to st Augustine. The cotton candy burrito was fun and my kids loved it. We also tried the delicious hand-scooped ice cream, dipped rice crispy treats and sweet batter-fried Oreos. The staff was super-friendly. I loved supporting this local business and we will definitely come back.
