Carrabba's Italian Grill

Probably the most bland food I've had there compared to the past. It seems like menu needs an update. Dishes and options while huge portions are pushing $30. I had the filet and shrimp Toscana. The beef left much to be desired as far as flavor and tasted ho hum. The shrimp was overcooked and the creamy garlic with spinach sauce tasted store bought not fresh. We were there for early dinner and we're underwhelmed by service even though the restaurant was empty.

All the food was brought out Ina great timely manner, even better, tasted amazing. Service was kind and the whole restaurant was clean and staying in a good business style for time, style, etc for people being served on a weekend. Arrived 4:45pm gone before 6pm. Early dinner typically for our family cause a great visit to the movies, thank you kindly!!

My boyfriend and I sat down at the booths near the bar around 3:30 on Friday August 1st. A young male host is who greeted us and sat us there. After about 10 minutes without a server, my boyfriend went to the host and stated that we have not been greeted. After waiting another 10 minutes without a server we left. I did tell the host that we were not happy about that and instead of getting a manager involved he apologized and said he had just gotten the floor plan. The restaurant had only few guests in there at the time so there was no reason for such poor customer service.

We enjoy eating here. The food is always great. We had the Lamp Chops and Chicken Marsala. The service was a little off for a Carrabba's but they recovered and the meal finished on a good note.

Ordered a nice steak asked for med well it came out rare sent it back it was burnt to a crisp told the server just to give us the bill. She was very nice and took that meal off. She didn't have to wasn't her fault. Gave her a nice tip

The inside of restaurant needs some TLC. The booths are all ripped up.

Very disappointed. Always had been my favorite rest. I always get the Chicken Alfredo. Sadly the noodles were clumped together and there was no sauce what so ever. I'm so disappointed as I was showing this restaurant off to someone that had never eaten from there

Everything was great, until our server brought our food, and never came back. Approximately an hour later, i considered just leaving. I understand it was just myself, with my grandbaby,and other larger parties may tip more. Once our soggy, overcooked, lukewarm lasagna arrived, there was no contact, until I stood up and was searching for him. Even then, he stopped at every other table, but, mine. I used to bring my entire family here, honestly, going somewhere else next time. This, certainly, is not the restaurant it used to be.

They had the worst lasagna but tasted in my whole life.! Very expensive definitely not worth the money I would not go back. Have had better food at a fast food restaurant. Very disappointing. And they want a high percentage for tip! I did tip the waitress because she did a good job but it wasn't for the food.

Amanda was our server and was amazing, attentive, and just good conversation. Good was top notch. Salads were fresh and crispy. Great experience.

I went in for a glass of wine at the bar and they gave me bread and oil and herbs for free. Definitely worth it.

We went there for dinner…they really did not seem like they had their act together at all. Wife got her salad, had to remind them I had one coming too. Our appetizer came out AFTER our dinners. Told our server we never got it and he said “oh yea, it’s just taking a while”. What? Food was ok but you don’t make Chicken Marsala with a thick, GRILLED chicken breast. The dessert we ordered…and waited for..we were finally told they were out of it. This one is nothing like other Carrabbas we have been to.
