The place looks clean, but one of the cooks has a long beard and isn't wearing a hairnet. One of the steaks that was ordered medium-well was undercooked, and the draft beers needed to be colder.

Terrible experience. Didnt have the chance to even eat. Hostess was too busy to turn around and serve us. When she finally decided to turn around all she said was “3”. She brought us to a dirty table removed the dishes and sat us. Under the table had used napkins and food from the previous guest. Absolutely rediculous. 10/10 would not go back. Do not recommend going here. This is why there is no business here. It was dead on a Saturday afternoon.

Food was excellent. Bread was delicious as was the tomato basil soup! I had Lasagna and it was far better than the Lasagna l had at Olive Garden. Top off with sweet tea. Very pleased with this evening meal. I will be going back!

We have visited this location a few times and had a great experience each time. We have had Kasey as our server more than once and she is fantastic! Incredibly attentive, kind, accurate with our order and everything you would want from a server. Please give her recognition for an excellent job, she deserves it!

We went on a Thursday night for nights of lights, We came in and were greeted by the hosts who took our names and we only waited 10 min and were seated at a booth at the bar and it took a while for our waitress to greet us but we understood because it was busy, then Sammi finally came to our table, her attitude felt off right away. She wasn’t openly rude, but she had a subtle attitude that made us feel like we were a bother. Her tone was short, she didn’t make much eye contact, and when we asked simple questions, she seemed annoyed.

She barely checked on us, and the few times she did, it felt rushed and uninterested. The food was good, but her service really brought the experience down. I hope the restaurant addresses this, because a more welcoming attitude would make a huge difference.

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Disappointing Service, Decent Food

I recently visited Caraba Restaurant, and while the food itself was okay, the overall experience was brought down by the poor service. Our waitress seemed uninterested and inattentive, and it took a long time just to get basic things like water refills or check on our order. It felt like we were bothering her each time we needed something.

The dishes we ordered were decent — not amazing, but good enough to enjoy. The flavors were fine and the portions were reasonable, but it’s hard to fully appreciate the food when the service makes the visit frustrating.

Caraba has potential, but the service staff really needs improvement. With better attention and attitude, this could be a much better dining experience.

We had a large party of 25 we had just attended a funeral. We reserved the time with the restaurant ahead of time. When we arrived we still to wait 20 minutes to be seated because there was another party at the tables we reserved. The waiter didnt even know we had appetizers that went along with the food. They brought out 2 plates for each table. I asked my server Jordan is she could remove the plates used from the salads and appetizers because the plates were piled up on the table and they started to bring out the main dishes. She told me that a buss boy would be coming around to do that. Five minutes later she came back and started to remove the plates as she saw that no one could fit a plate on the table and that also gnats were flying out the dishes that was used. I ordered the salmon. It was extremely salty. When we told our waiter Jordan she went to her manager and said we'll They wanted Mash potatoes with it. She said it as if that had anything with the salmon having a sauce on it that was extremely salty. The manager did come by and ask if I would like salmon without the sauce and I said yes and 6 minutes later it was at my table. Its looked raw I took one bite and was no seasoning at all on it. The service at this restaurant was not warming.
