We enjoy eating here. The food is always great. We had the Lamp Chops and Chicken Marsala. The service was a little off for a Carrabba's but they recovered and the meal finished on a good note.

Ordered a nice steak asked for med well it came out rare sent it back it was burnt to a crisp told the server just to give us the bill. She was very nice and took that meal off. She didn't have to wasn't her fault. Gave her a nice tip

Very disappointed. Always had been my favorite rest. I always get the Chicken Alfredo. Sadly the noodles were clumped together and there was no sauce what so ever. I'm so disappointed as I was showing this restaurant off to someone that had never eaten from there

Everything was great, until our server brought our food, and never came back. Approximately an hour later, i considered just leaving. I understand it was just myself, with my grandbaby,and other larger parties may tip more. Once our soggy, overcooked, lukewarm lasagna arrived, there was no contact, until I stood up and was searching for him. Even then, he stopped at every other table, but, mine. I used to bring my entire family here, honestly, going somewhere else next time. This, certainly, is not the restaurant it used to be.

They had the worst lasagna but tasted in my whole life.! Very expensive definitely not worth the money I would not go back. Have had better food at a fast food restaurant. Very disappointing. And they want a high percentage for tip! I did tip the waitress because she did a good job but it wasn't for the food.

I went in for a glass of wine at the bar and they gave me bread and oil and herbs for free. Definitely worth it.

We went there for dinner
they really did not seem like they had their act together at all. Wife got her salad, had to remind them I had one coming too. Our appetizer came out AFTER our dinners. Told our server we never got it and he said “oh yea, it’s just taking a while”. What? Food was ok but you don’t make Chicken Marsala with a thick, GRILLED chicken breast. The dessert we ordered
and waited for..we were finally told they were out of it. This one is nothing like other Carrabbas we have been to.

Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, our visit was nothing short of frustrating. We waited nearly an hour before our drink order was even taken, and the situation didn’t improve from there. While I understand delays can happen, there were only five tables in the entire restaurant, so the wait felt entirely unnecessary. We had to approach the bartender ourselves to finally place our drink order. To make matters worse, the tables around us also had negative experiences, with reports of two-hour waits for drinks and unexpected charges on their receipts.

We were in the restaurant for over two hours, and when the food finally arrived, we decided to take it to go. When we asked for the sauce that was supposed to come with our meal, we were told they were running low and that someone else might need it more. Throughout our meal, we had to go to the bar for drink refills and even grab our own silverware. No one apologized or acknowledged the extended wait, and no explanation was provided. Overall, the lack of service and attention was extremely disappointing.

Food was amazing, our server did her job just fine. But the hostess completely forgot about us. 3 sets of diners who arrived after we did were sat before we realized that we had been completely forgotten by the hostess stand somehow.

Kaitlin C, & Quinn always give 150%% and honestly, the whole team is usually excellent. It's a home away from home for us.

MINUS 1 STAR - My chief complaint is that it's usually FREEZING and it's a corporate problem, not anything they can fix locally. (Weird!) So...BRING A WINTER PARKA!!

We only waited 35 minutes, but after 7pm, the service went downhill. First, the server forgets the appetizer, and then he says it was sent to another table. We asked for another basket of bread and the server forgot after asking 3 times. The person that delivered the food was asked about the bread and he says I will get you some bread and he forgets. This was a horrible experience. Go to Olive Garden, same chain, but better service.
