We visited St. Augustine this past week 12/16/24 and were looking to visit local wineries. My brother-in-law knows the Carrera family and did us a huge blessing in introducing us to this wonderful wine shop. The atmosphere was much more than pleasant, the people so friendly and welcoming and helpful in finding lovely wines that both matched and stretched my pallet. The visit far exceeded anything we would have had at the trendy tours. WONDERFUL experience. I highly recommend you take the time to visit and experience the flavors waiting for you at Carrera Wine Cellar.

Made to feel very welcome and were given a tour of the place. Sat in the back patio and enjoyed the weather with white and red wine samplers, which change every month. The apps looked great, but didn't try any as we had dinner plans. Look forward to our next visit!

This such a special spot, great place for locals and the word is out. We went on a Thursday night and it was busy. They have fantastic wine options, great wines to appeal to wine connoisseurs that know wine. The charcuterie was plentiful and you pick 5 cheeses and they serve with meats, bread and little snacks. We had the pretzel last time we went and .. oh my, so yummy! I could see this being a regular spot for us. ? We are doing dinner this weekend in Saint Augustine so this will be a pre-game spot for us for wine and snacks before dinner!
